If you are in a PPR league, he's a must have.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
Coming back to a team with Mike Evans, DeSean Jackson, O.J. Howard, and Chris Godwin will be a welcoming sight for Martin, who only has three games left on his suspension. We've seen a hit-or-miss Martin over his career, but he has finished as a top-three running back twice. He could be a steal at this point. One of my favorite late-round picks for a few reasons. Not only will Johnson have borderline flex-value while playing second-fiddle to Isaiah Crowell, but he'd be an RB1 if Crowell were to miss time. Johnson's talent is the reason he was drafted in the seventh-round last year, not because of his situation. The Browns have also indicated that he'll be used out of the slot this year, which provides a boost to his standalone value as well.

RotoExperts
Martin will miss the first four games of the season due to suspension. When he returns, he will likely share time with Jacquizz Rodgers. Auction Value $4 Duke Johnson was terribly inconsistent in 2016. The Browns' offense will be better this season, so a bounce back could be on deck.
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
The Muscle Hampster has been fully healthy just two seasons in his career. He was a top 12 fantasy player in both of those seasons. Granted, we know he is missing 3 games to start the year, but he apparently looks better than ever and has put the demons behind him. If we see the good version of Martin, he could end up a top 5 running back come fantasy playoff time.Last season, Johnson and Crowell were neck and neck heading into the season, but Crowell got the carries and ran away with the duty. Should he falter this year or deal with an injury, Johnson would be the beneficiary of the stacked offensive line and a workhorses load of the carries. That is a low-end RB1 waiting to happen and the worst case scenario is that he is a flex worthy play with all of the work he'll see on third down.

He's back and our Scout Fantasy founder and former #1 ranked player in the World, Ian Ritchie named him his comeback player of the year.

Martin should remain the lead back after his three-game suspension. He will likely concede touches to a few different backs, but I think he'll hold onto the lead role.I'm a big Hue Jackson fan and think he can get this running game going even with scrubs/rookies at quarterback, so I like Johnson, but will only be targeting him in PPR leagues.
Staff Rankings
QB List
Martin is suspended the first three games after failing a PED test. Very inconsistent throughout his career, there is a real risk that he does not immediately return to a starters' role.Johnson is one of my favorite last-round stashes. He costs almost nothing, and could easily become a top flex play with some positive TD regression.
Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
Bucs GM Jason Licht said Sunday there are no assurances suspended RB Doug Martin will regain his starting job following his three-game ban.Hue Jackson expects the Miami Hurricane career rushing record holder, Duke Johnson to play a big role in 2017. Reports are that Johnson is attending several different position meetings in order to stay on the field no matter the formation or situation. Johnson is in his third year in the NFL and is still looking to break-out. Johnson's metrics are most comparable to Gio Bernard whom Hue Jackson coached and for three years in Cincinnati. If Johnson is able to expand his role this year we could see league winning potential from him. He's currently being drafted in the tenth round, but his ADP is on the rise, coming up a full round in the past month.
Sablich Brothers
5th Down Fantasy
Facing three-game suspension; followed up stellar 2015 campaign with horrid injury-plagued 2016 and a 2.9 YPC; contract year could get him back on track, but far from certain; weak o-line a concern.

Breaking Football
The Muscle Hamster could be a dud or he could be one of the biggest steals in the draft. I'm currently leaning on steal

Martin has looked very good in OTAs. He does have to serve a 3-game suspension, but it looks like he should retain the starting role when he returns and have a chance to be a low-end flex on an explosive offense that figures to use a RBBC.
