Knucklehead factor is apparently high in this one. Not usually a big fan of bigger backs for injury reasons, but at 6-0, 233, he's essentially JStew. One of the better backs in this year's class goes to Houston where he'll be forced to sit behind Lamar Miller, but when Miller eventually struggles, this back fits perfectly into the ground the clock games when Houston is ahead. If the Texans are favored at home, I'd be willing to start him. No big man has ever been as fast as Foreman. Will be fun to watch.
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
Like him as a runner or not, he is a certified touchdown vulture. Mixon is now in play and expected to get the brunt of the work, while Bernard lingers as the more talented back, but Hill will still get his hands on the ball and sneak into the end zone enough times to be worthy of a roster spot.Miller hasn't exactly been the model of health, and the Texans do run the ball quite a bit considering they might have the worst quarterback in the NFL. If he were to go down, Foreman has a three-down back's body and the stamina to endure a major workload.
Chet Gresham
WalterFootball
Hill is a plodder who can be worthwhile with enough touches, especially at the goal line, so he has some value in standard leagues, but I'm down on him coming into the 2017 season. Joe Mixon has the ability to win the every-down job this season, and he should if healthy.Miller will be the lead back in Houston, and Foreman has had trouble with conditioning and a run in with the police already.
Staff Rankings
QB List
Hill is the nominal lead back for two-down duties to kick off the season in Cincinnati. However, he's been largely ineffective and with the arrival of rookie phenom Joe Mixon, most analysts believe Hill will not be starting by the end of the year.
Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
He could still be the starter and end up hogging goal line work, keep an eye on this RB depth chartOff field issues have hurt his stock and he's likely 3rd to start the year
Sablich Brothers
5th Down Fantasy
Hard to believe still only 24 years old; 3.7 YPC over last two seasons; should still see fair share of goal line carries.
Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
He was a bust in 33% of his games, and Cincinnati lost their LT & RG in free agency, Hill is doomed. Especially after they drafted Mixon. He could end up with 30-40% of the RB touches, Miller is not a bell-cow back. Big news of D'Onta Foreman's arrest came on Sunday (7/16) and because everyone is in front of their computers the news splashed Twitter into a frenzy. The gun he had was legal, his passenger is taking the fall for the weed. If he's clean on the piss test, absolutely nothing happens, maybe a 1-2 game suspension at most. He does take a hit in dynasty if he fails the drug test, buy low. https://twitter.com/BDavisAAS/status/886658866867515393

Back to back season of fewer than four yards per carry and the arrival of Joe Mixon spell trouble for Hill. Auction Value $1 Many like the rookie Foreman to split carries with Lamar Miller this season, and he is a player to watch in training camp. Auction Value $2
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
After averaging 5.1 yards per carry in an impressive rookie campaign, Hill never regained that form, averaging just 3.67 yards per carry over the last two seasons. When looking at small sample sizes, things get dicey, but Hill has had plenty of time to showcase his abilities, as he garnered 222 carries in 2016 and 223 carries in 2015. Joe Mixon will come in and steal a lot of work right away, though Hill may still get a majority of the goal-line work, as he's scored 29 rushing touchdowns over the last three years, which is tied for the most in the NFL over that span. Landing behind Lamar Miller may have been the best thing for someone like Foreman, as Miller seems to be a player who is best suited for a timeshare. Foreman is also a bigger back who could see goal-line duties right away, as Miller was one of just two running backs to score fewer than six rushing touchdowns with at least 215 carries (Frank Gore was the other).
