Coming off of shoulder and hip injuries but looks 100 percent at camp; should be top red-zone threat for Titans.Played through a torn groin last season, claims to be 100 percent now; set to play slot for BAL, should be productive, especially with Dennis Pitta release.

Decker landed with the Titans and should be able to take over as the No. 1 target there. The targets might be tougher to find there than elsewhere, but the Titans' offense looks primed to improve, which should help Decker see more work in the red zone and subsequently grab a good number of touchdowns.Maclin was a big old dud last season, but much was due to injuries and a conservative passing attack. Now with the Ravens, he should see a more lucrative number of targets. As long as he's healthy, we should see him move back closer to his normal numbers.

I think Decker could take the role held by WR Rishard Matthews last year, which would make him a candidate for 900 yards receiving and 7-9 touchdowns and a WR3 in fantasy football.

QB List
Decker has dealt with some bad quarterbacks in the past and made it work. Now he's got a good quarterback and is a red zone machine, meaning he'll likely do fairly well in the Titans offense. There's going to be a competition for targets between him, Matthews, and Davis, but Decker's excellent touchdown ability should give him some good value.Maclin was awful last year, but that wasn't entirely his fault. It was mostly due to injuries and the fact that the Chiefs apparently hate throwing the ball more than 15 yards at a time. Now he's with Baltimore and he should be slotting right into the role Steve Smith formerly occupied, which means there should be loads of targets coming his way. He should be better than last year, and could even do better than his current ranking, as we've seen the potential he has in the right situation. The real concern with Maclin will be health, and also who's throwing him the ball. As of now, Joe Flacco is hurt, and while the Ravens say it's nothing serious and that he should be fine, they also said that about Breshad Perriman in 2015, and he ended up missing the whole season. There's rumors the Ravens could sign Colin Kaepernick, and if they do and he's starting, I'm not concerned, but if the Ravens are rolling Ryan Mallett out there for a significant amount of time, I think Maclin's value will take a hit.
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
Every year, Decker is a top 15 wide receiver in terms of points per game. He is startable every single week that he is healthy. With that being said, the odds of that happening are lower than virtually any other receiver in football.Everyone has seemingly forgotten that Maclin was a borderline elite red zone threat until he ended up with Alex Smith. Now that Maclin is healthy and featured in an offense that led the league in pass attempts the past two seasons, the celing is huge.

Injuries took away Decker's season in 2016. That, coupled with poor QB play, will likely hinder his production in 2017. Auction Value $9 Maclin should step right in and take over as the top target for Joe Flacco in Baltimore. Auction Value $12
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
It's unclear as to what is going on with Decker right now, but as of now, we have to assume he's on the team. He's played with some horrid quarterbacks during his career, yet he's totaled at least 962 yards or eight touchdowns in every season he's been a starter, as well as finishing as a top-36 receiver. In what was probably the best move for his fantasy value, Maclin was released by the Chiefs only to be picked up by the Ravens just a few days later. It's rare for the Chiefs to total more than 500 pass attempts, while the Ravens led the NFL with 678 pass attempts last year. They also lost Steve Smith, whose role now belongs to Maclin. Over his time with the Ravens, Smith totaled 8.32 targets per game. If Maclin takes over that role and sees 130 targets, he's a steal at his current ADP.
Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
He's more QB dependent than people think, if he gets stuck with a QB that doesn't throw him open he'll be just another guy. Watch where he might go though, if he ends up on a team like Baltimore WATCH OUT!Cut by KC on 6/2, What i wrote in March = Seems to me that he's being phased out of the game plan with Kelce and Hill emerging. He could have a bounce-back year if he stays healthy and benefits from lighter coverage.
