FantasyPros
Everyone has seemingly forgotten that Maclin was a borderline elite red zone threat until he ended up with Alex Smith. Now that Maclin is healthy and featured in an offense that led the league in pass attempts the past two seasons, the ceiling is huge if he can just stay on the field.Brown is Mike Tagliere's dude this season, but every other accurate expert we've heard from loves Brown as an under-drafted breakout candidate now that he is healthy again.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
In what was probably the best move for his fantasy value, Maclin was released by the Chiefs only to be picked up by the Ravens just a few days later. It's rare for the Chiefs to total more than 500 pass attempts, while the Ravens led the NFL with 678 pass attempts last year. They also lost Steve Smith, whose role now belongs to Maclin. Over his time with the Ravens, Smith totaled 8.32 targets per game. If Maclin takes over that role and sees 130 targets, he's a steal at his current ADP. There are a lot of people sleeping on the No. 21 wide receiver from just two years ago, and that was with a younger Larry Fitzgerald and redzone threat Michael Floyd. All-in-all, he played less than 40 snaps per game in 2016 due to his sickle cell trait, but it was something that they reportedly had under control. That was until he suffered a quad injury in camp and it's taken longer to heal that initially thought. If he can stay on the field, he is a steal in fantasy drafts.
Sablich Brothers
5th Down Fantasy
Played through a torn groin last season, claims to be 100 percent now; set to play slot for BAL, should be productive, especially with Dennis Pitta release. Had a chance to supplant Fitzgerald as top guy in Arizona, but still bogged down by health concerns.
Chet Gresham
WalterFootball
Maclin was a big old dud last season, but much was due to injuries and a conservative passing attack. Now with the Ravens, he should see a more lucrative number of targets. As long as he's healthy, we should see him move back closer to his normal numbers.Brown appears to be much healthier coming into this season and should be able to win a good amount of targets if he can stay on the field. He's a good bounce-back target.
Staff Rankings
QB List
Maclin was awful last year, but that wasn't entirely his fault. It was mostly due to injuries and the fact that the Chiefs apparently hate throwing the ball more than 15 yards at a time. Now he's with Baltimore and he should be slotting right into the role Steve Smith formerly occupied, which means there should be loads of targets coming his way. He should be better than last year, and could even do better than his current ranking, as we've seen the potential he has in the right situation. The real concern with Maclin will be health, and also who's throwing him the ball. As of now, Joe Flacco is hurt, and while the Ravens say it's nothing serious and that he should be fine, they also said that about Breshad Perriman in 2015, and he ended up missing the whole season. There's rumors the Ravens could sign Colin Kaepernick, and if they do and he's starting, I'm not concerned, but if the Ravens are rolling Ryan Mallett out there for a significant amount of time, I think Maclin's value will take a hit. He's had injury problems, that's no secret, but Brown is an excellent athlete and reports are that he's looking pretty solid in camp. He was the No. 21 receiver in fantasy just two years ago, and that was with significantly more competition than he's got now. Larry Fitzgerald is still the number one passing option, but late in the draft, you could do worse than a flier on Brown bouncing back.
Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
Cut by KC on 6/2, What i wrote in March = Seems to me that he's being phased out of the game plan with Kelce and Hill emerging. He could have a bounce-back year if he stays healthy and benefits from lighter coverage. It appears that a quad strain will keep Brown out of practice for a few days, possibly a week. Brown has battled soft-tissue injuries since entering the NFL, but it hasn't cost him game time until the flare-up of his sickle cell trait last year. Brown's ADP has been steadily climbing over the past month as many have been identifying him as an undervalued sleeper. We might want to hold back the reigns on drafting Brown. Quad injuries have a knack for lingering and with sickle cell trait the recovery time will be extended.

Maclin should step right in and take over as the top target for Joe Flacco in Baltimore. Auction Value $12 Injuries and Carson Palmer make Brown a tough player to roster. Auction Value $7
