FantasyPros
Everyone has seemingly forgotten that Maclin was a borderline elite red zone threat until he ended up with Alex Smith. Now that Maclin is healthy and featured in an offense that led the league in pass attempts the past two seasons, the ceiling is huge if he can just stay on the field.Britt gets an upgrade at QB moving away from Goff, and is the only decent receiving option on a team that will be playing in positive passing game scripts all season. Britt is a discount and a safe bet for consistent play.

5th Down Fantasy
Played through a torn groin last season, claims to be 100 percent now; set to play slot for BAL, should be productive, especially with Dennis Pitta release. Co-top WR in CLE, but QB situation a mess.
Chet Gresham
WalterFootball
Maclin was a big old dud last season, but much was due to injuries and a conservative passing attack. Now with the Ravens, he should see a more lucrative number of targets. As long as he's healthy, we should see him move back closer to his normal numbers.Britt played well on a bad Rams team last season, and now he will be starting for a bad Browns team this season where he has value, just not big-time value as the Browns' passing game will be underdeveloped.

QB List
Maclin was awful last year, but that wasn't entirely his fault. It was mostly due to injuries and the fact that the Chiefs apparently hate throwing the ball more than 15 yards at a time. Now he's with Baltimore and he should be slotting right into the role Steve Smith formerly occupied, which means there should be loads of targets coming his way. He should be better than last year, and could even do better than his current ranking, as we've seen the potential he has in the right situation. The real concern with Maclin will be health, and also who's throwing him the ball. As of now, Joe Flacco is hurt, and while the Ravens say it's nothing serious and that he should be fine, they also said that about Breshad Perriman in 2015, and he ended up missing the whole season. There's rumors the Ravens could sign Colin Kaepernick, and if they do and he's starting, I'm not concerned, but if the Ravens are rolling Ryan Mallett out there for a significant amount of time, I think Maclin's value will take a hit.Britt goes from a bad Rams team to a bad Browns team, but he showed he could still be successful on a bad offense with the Rams. The quarterback options in Cleveland aren't great. Cody Kessler and DeShone Kizer don't exactly inspire much confidence, and Britt has to compete with up-and-coming star receiver Corey Coleman for targets. That being said though, he could still get a fair share of targets and be a useful receiver.

Maclin should step right in and take over as the top target for Joe Flacco in Baltimore. Auction Value $12 Britt finds a new home in Cleveland after a career year in 2016. Corey Coleman may eventually become the top option in what should be a better passing attack in 2017. Auction Value $9
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
In what was probably the best move for his fantasy value, Maclin was released by the Chiefs only to be picked up by the Ravens just a few days later. It's rare for the Chiefs to total more than 500 pass attempts, while the Ravens led the NFL with 678 pass attempts last year. They also lost Steve Smith, whose role now belongs to Maclin. Over his time with the Ravens, Smith totaled 8.32 targets per game. If Maclin takes over that role and sees 130 targets, he's a steal at his current ADP. Some are calling Britt a steal where he's being drafted, but I'd say that he's right where he should be. Did you know that he had never totaled more than 775 yards in any one season before 2016? Or how about the fact that he has recorded more than five touchdowns just once in his career? Now he's going to a team that's got Corey Coleman, an up-and-coming phenom, and David Njoku, the top tight end prospect on some analysts boards. But the real story is that he's going to be catching passes from either Cody Kessler, a quarterback who threw just six touchdowns on 195 attempts last year, or DeShone Kizer, a rookie whose college coach said that he should still be in college.
Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
Cut by KC on 6/2, What i wrote in March = Seems to me that he's being phased out of the game plan with Kelce and Hill emerging. He could have a bounce-back year if he stays healthy and benefits from lighter coverage.1000 yds and 5 TD's without a NFL QB throwing to him. Playerprofiler.com has his target premium as #2 WR, that's the additional points per target above what would be expected of the average/replacement WR in the same offense.
