FantasyPros
Case Keenum really clicked with Sanders in the preseason, so it wouldn't be a shock to see Sanders outscore Demaryius Thomas. With a deflated ADP, Sanders is a prime bounce-back candidate. Suspended for the first four weeks but Edelman is a target hog who has weekly WR1/2 value in PPR leagues.
Andrew Gould
FantasyPros
Snapping a three-year streak of 130-target, 1,000-yard seasons, Sanders saw those marks evaporate to 92 and 555 in a dozen games. His YPG average continued to drop dramatically (87.8, 75.7, 64.5, 46.3), and his catch % tumbled to a career-low 51.1. Denver's passers must accept some of the blame, so Case Keenum has the opportunity to at least repair his stock as a high-volume WR3. If missing all of 2017 with a torn ACL wasn't enough to curtail his stock, Edelman's return must wait until he serves a four-game suspension for a PED violation. Extend 2016's 14.4 PPR PPG to a dozen bouts, and his 172.8 points would have made him last year's WR30. That matches his current ADP, so the price barely bakes in any risk of a 32-year-old possession receiver returning from a major knee injury.
Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Could be the WR steal of the draft, he's way better than he's graded out and Keenum could provide a massive lift to Denver's passing gameThe suspension hurts, but he's going to play 13 games still and a healthy Edelman carries value - esp in PPR formats
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
It's very possible that Sanders outperforms my ranking of him, but he's now 31 years old and has started to show signs of slowing down, whether it be age or injuries. His yards per target has declined each of the last three seasons, bottoming out at 6.0 yards in 2017. The upgrade in quarterback should help, though, as he was still averaging 7.7 targets per game, which ranked 17th among wide receivers. He should be considered a solid WR3 with some upside, though Courtland Sutton and Demaryius Thomas aren't going to just go away. If the preseason has been a sign of things to come, Sanders might just be Case Keenum's favorite target. Don't just automatically assume that just because Edelman is returning to the field, that he's going to be the same player. He's now 32 years old and coming off a torn ACL last preseason. It's not to say he can't return and produce, but he finished as the WR22 while playing all 16 games in his age-30 season. A lot of the targets have evaporated in the Patriots offense and you have to figure that Edelman will still get every opportunity to succeed, so you don't want to write him off completely. He's obviously someone who would benefit in a PPR format. He's now been suspended for the first four games, so it's going to be difficult to hang on to him because the first month is the most important time to acquire waiver wire players. He shouldn't be drafted as a top-50 wide receiver at this point.
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
Prior to last year, Sanders was a WR2 or better for three straight years. Now that they've got a solid quarterback, we may see him return to that type of production, but it is also a far cry from the WR64 he finished last year. He is a classic risk/reward type of receiver this season.Edelman is suspended for the first four games of the season, so his draft stock has fallen, but when he is on the field, he tends to give WR2 numbers. If you can afford to play without him for the first four weeks then you might want to make him a target around round 10.

If the Broncos have a receiver with elite athleticism in Demaryius Thomas, then in Sanders they have a receiver with elite-elite hands. Like OBJ and Marvin Jones, Sanders has long been known as an extremely skilled receiver who can make acrobatic catches at will, however injuries and poor QB play have shackled him to a life of fantasy mediocrity. But, what's this? Sanders looks up. The Osweiler-Lynch-Semien clouds part as Sanders is draped in heavenly light. Through the blinding light a hand extends down to him. He gently grasps the outstretched hand, and blocking the light with his hand on his forehead, Emmanuel sees the ethereal image of Case Keenum before him. "Come. Your suffering ends now" Keenum exclaims as he lifts the sobbing Sanders into the upper reaches of fantasyland*. Seriously though, Keenum was one of the best QB's under pressure last season, all while doing so in a top 5 sample size of QB pressures. Even with a suspect Broncos O-line (yes even with McGlinchy), I cannot understate the tremendous upgrade both Thomas and Sanders will see in QB play. Though he will still presumably receive the short end of the team target share with Demaryius Thomas around, and even with talented 2nd round receiver Courtland Sutton nipping at his heels, we saw the kind of numbers a talented #2 receiver in a Keenum led offense could put up i.e Stefon Diggs. Injuries and target share considered, Sanders COULD still underperform his top 30 ranking, but with potentially top 15 upside, I feel Sanders at #26 offers tremendous value.Consistently a security blanket for Brady and without a clear challenger for his role upon his return, Edelman could be the prime stash to win you your league this year if you have the luxury to do so. However, be warned: he is still coming off of an ACL injury and Belichick is known for being wildly inconsistent with his players' target share and time. All in all, just another lotto ticket for y'all.
Chet Gresham
WalterFootball
I really like Sanders' ability, and the upgrade at quarterback should help him get back into better stats. With no tight end to speak of and just Demaryius Thomas to compete for targets with, I expect Sanders to have a strong season.Edelman will miss the first four games, which is a big chunk of the fantasy season.

NE moved on from Welker at age 32. Edelman will be 32, off knee surgery/suspension. I like the odds JMatt takes the slot and doesn't give it back. @ClutchFantasy

Sanders should bounce back in a major way with Keenum in town and a healthy Chad Kelly to back him upShould remain rock solid PPR asset when back from PED suspension
