Andy Reid always puts out a quality running game, and while Spencer Ware is the current favorite to see the majority of the carries, it is worth noting that he was less than mediocre after his concussions last season and could be on a short leash. Should he continue to perform under expecatations, Hunt would step into a terrific scheme that would make him startable every single week.Dixon is out for the season and should not be drafted.

The Chiefs' rookie running back could open the season as the feature back. Hunt is a player to watch in the preseason. Auction Value $10 Dixon will be out for te entire 2017 season.

Hunt will push for work early in Kansas City and should be able to beat out Charcandrick West for some passing-down duty. Hunt then will have a shot at beating out Spencer Ware to be lead back. I think Ware can hold him off, but it will be tough.I still like Dixon, but he will miss the first four games due to a suspension and the Ravens added Danny Woodhead, which will cut into Dixon's receptions once he returns.

FantasyPros
There is a lot of talk in the fantasy community about the Chiefs and the future of their running back position, and rightfully so, as Andy Reid continually produces top-tier fantasy running backs. Spencer Ware wore down as the season went on, but had been one of the strengths of their offense prior to the last few weeks in the 2016 season. Hunt is likely going to take over backup duties for Charcandrick West, but will have upside for much more. It might take a few weeks to reap the full benefits of owning him, though. Similar to Doug Martin, Dixon will be suspended to start the season, though he has four games to serve. He looked really good towards the end of 2016, breaking 35 tackles on 118 touches, outplaying Terrance West seemingly every week. John Harbaugh went out of his way to say that Dixon is their guy and they proved it when they didn't draft a running back.
Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
He could take over this backfield or lose it to whomever they draft or buy in free-agency. But then he gets in trouble because he didn't fill out the forms the NFL requires for those who are prescribed Aderall, suspended 4 games.
