Lineups
As the top target in the passing game for Patrick Mahomes, Kelce has a role quite unlike any other tight end. He's finished as a TE1 in 28 of his last 32 games and even when he isn't scoring touchdowns, he's dominating with his target share and YAC ability. Kelce was a constant presence on the field for the Chiefs as he led all tight ends in snap share at 93%. Mahomes should be due for some positive regression in the touchdown department this season and Kelce should score more this season as well. Even if he doesn't, Kelce is one of the safest and most consistent assets in fantasy football. The Lions were onto something special in the first eight games of 2019. Darrell Bevell's offense had Matthew Stafford putting up career-best numbers and Kenny Golladay was the primary beneficiary as he was on pace for 70 catches for 1,280 yards and 14 touchdowns through the first eight games of the season. After Stafford's injury, Golladay still maintained an elite pace after Stafford's injury as he still finished the season with 56% of his games as a WR1. Stafford should be able to play through the full season this year and Golladay will produce as his elite #1 option. Golladay has top-five upside and a top-15 baseline.
Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Kelce is the most complete TE in football and coasted to a TE1 finish in 2019. KC has a lot of weapons, but he's too big and effective to not score more in 2020.
Draft Engine
Draft Engine
Kelce has been remarkably consistent in recent seasons, though he did slide backward in the scoring department after posting a career-high 10 touchdowns in 2018. Given the uncertainty and relative lack of depth at the tight end position heading into 2020, a case could be made for selecting Kelce as early as the second round in fantasy drafts this summer. With Darrell Bevell taking over as the Lions' offensive coordinator prior to last season, Detroit's passing attack became more diverse and creative than it had been in previous years under Jim Bob Cooter. Benefiting from a much higher rate of play-action calls, Golladay was on pace for 1,280 yards and 14 scores before Matthew Stafford suffered a season-ending back injury on November 3.
Elisha Twerski
numberFire
In his last 16 games with Matthew Stafford at quarterback, Golladay has been targeted 137 times, catching 75 of them for 1,226 yards and 9 scores. He's a rock-solid WR1.
Kevin Tompkins
Fighting Chance Fantasy
When you're deciding between Kelce and George Kittle as your TE1, you have to factor in the consistency of Kelce, with four straight 1000-yard seasons as well as the ball distributor, some guy named Patrick Mahomes. Those two factors solidify my case for Kelce over Kittle as the TE1 in fantasy for 2020.
Ben Wasley
The Fantasy First Down
Travis Kelce remains the pinnacle for tight ends in fantasy football. With four consecutive 1000+ yard seasons under his belt and as a key cog in the league's best offense, he's as safe as they come. His floor is WR1-quality, he's missed one game in the last six seasons and he gets an extraordinary amount of red zone targets. As an added bonus, last season's TE1 is due some TD regression and did much of his work last year without Patrick Mahomes. Every player comes with some risk but Kelce is as safe as they come and should be locked in as the TE1. The real question is where you take him. He's usually going in the middle of the second round and while that's a touch too early for me, I couldn't blame you for wanting to lock up one of the shallowest positions with a total stud.Kenny Golladay proved he's an elite fantasy receiver, despite spending half of 2019 without Matthew Stafford. His 11 TDs and five 100-yard games were massive for non-PPR last season but he'll need to up his reception totals to make him a reliable fantasy option in reception leagues. It's very possible he takes another step up in 2020 but for me he's likely to remain in a tier below the elite possession receivers like Thomas, Adams, Jones, Hopkins and Godwin while he lacks the explosiveness of Hill. For me he's arguably the best in that next tier though and a viable second-round pick in non-PPR.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
It's now been four straight seasons where Kelce has finished with 1,000-plus yards. He's as safe as they come and should still be in the prime of his career at 30 years old. Patrick Mahomes took a step back in terms of touchdown percentage in 2019, but could very well bounce back to elite levels in 2020, giving Kelce consideration as a second-round pick in fantasy drafts. If you have "your guys" in the middle rounds, Kelce makes sense as an early-round pick. He's now posted TE1-type numbers in 28-of-32 games over the last two years. It also helps when you see 41.4 percent of your team's targets inside the 10-yard line, like Kelce did in 2019.We've watched Golladay ascending into the clear-cut No. 1 role in the Lions offense, and even though he did finish as the No. 6 wide receiver in 2019, there's still some meat left on the bone. Matthew Stafford went down in Week 9 last year. Golladay had four games with 23-plus PPR points with Stafford in the lineup, and just one game with more than 18 PPR points without him. If Stafford can stay healthy, Golladay should return WR1 numbers.
Frank Bonincontri
Fantasy Wire HQ
Defending the crown means getting every teams best shot, feel just as confident in Kelce as i did last seasonA healthy Matt Stafford is the key for top 5 WR fantasy territory this season
Rob Wilson
The Fantasy Footballers
Kelce remains the top TE in fantasy until someone supplants himGolladay is a dangerous pick at ADP, but his talent is noteworthy. If Stafford stays healthy, he should be a red zone threat and projects for a Courtland Sutton-esque 2020 campaign.
Elliot Berkovits
Packer Report
Kelce has been the elite of the elite for TE's over the last handful of years and while I don't expect his play to drop off too much, he is starting to get up there in age which is why I have him at 2nd overall. George Kittle is just entering his prime while Kelce's is nearing the back-end of his prime. I like both but Kittle just a bit more.Even with Matthew Stafford missing a large portion of the 2019 season, Golladay still managed to put up over 1,100 yards and 11 TDs. Now, with Stafford slated to return, Golladay could be on track for an even bigger season.

What can you say about Kelce? He became the first tight end ever to put up four consecutive 1,000-yard seasons last year. He's finished as the top tight end in fantasy in three of the last four years (and fell half a point shy of Rob Gronkowski in the other), and is always among the leaders in targets, receptions, and yards at the position. An elite player in an elite offense with an elite quarterback. Don't overthink it.

Has finished as No. 1 TE in FAN PTS 4 straight seasons, is tied to perhaps the NFL's top offense and has shown no signs of slowing downNo. 5 WR in FAN PTS despite 8 DNPs from QB Stafford - elite vertical threat tied NFL lead with 16 catches of 20+ air yards - also No.1 with 6 TD catches inside 10 yards

Travis Kelce converted just 2 of 12 targets inside the 10-yard line into TDs last year -- 17%. From 2016-2018, he converted 9 of 22 targets inside the 10 into scores -- 41%. @SmolaDSGolladay paced for 1,238 yards, 14 scores, and 13 fppg in Matthew Stafford's eight starts.

Kelce is still the best fantasy tight end in the league playing on an explosive Chiefs offense. He finished the 2019 season with 1,233 yards from scrimmage and 6 touchdowns.Golladay won me over in 2019, he finished with 1,190 yards and 11 receiving touchdowns, despite QB Matthew Stafford missing eight games. The 27-year old should be an elite WR1 in 2020, especially if Stafford can stay healthy this year.

Kelce has finished as the TE2 or better the last four seasons. Yes, you read that correctly. Even without Patrick Mahomes at QB, Kelce's been getting the job done for fantasy football and there's very little reason to doubt that he's going to finish as a top-2 option again this season. If you don't want to play the late-round TE guessing game, Kelce's an extremely smart selection at his current ADP.Golladay was a top-tier fantasy option all last season even without Matthew Stafford at QB. With Stafford now healthy, Golladay should be in the WR1 conversation for fantasy football all year and has the skillset and potential to single-handedly win you a week.

With Stafford(8 games): 7.75 targets/game - 35/521/7 = 70/1042/14 on 124 targets. He's been very productive on relatively limited targets the past 2 years. A increased roll for Hockenson COULD take away the TD upside. They brought back Amendola, who for some reason, commanded 97 targets last year.

An insane 1100 yards and 11 TDs considering the creatures hucking the rock. Will be the most obvious candidate to ascend to the Elite WR1s in 2020, and the ideal Round 3 Top WR target after a RB RB start.
