Lineups
As the top target in the passing game for Patrick Mahomes, Kelce has a role quite unlike any other tight end. He's finished as a TE1 in 28 of his last 32 games and even when he isn't scoring touchdowns, he's dominating with his target share and YAC ability. Kelce was a constant presence on the field for the Chiefs as he led all tight ends in snap share at 93%. Mahomes should be due for some positive regression in the touchdown department this season and Kelce should score more this season as well. Even if he doesn't, Kelce is one of the safest and most consistent assets in fantasy football.Le'Veon Bell's first season in New York did not go according to plan as he rushed for under 800 yards and just 3 touchdowns despite playing 15 games. The offensive line hasn't really gotten markedly better this offseason and I don't expect a massive improvement in the rushing efficiency for Bell. However, he had 66 receptions last season and his heavy pass-catching involvement makes him a safe, low-end RB2.
Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Kelce is the most complete TE in football and coasted to a TE1 finish in 2019. KC has a lot of weapons, but he's too big and effective to not score more in 2020.
Draft Engine
Draft Engine
Kelce has been remarkably consistent in recent seasons, though he did slide backward in the scoring department after posting a career-high 10 touchdowns in 2018. Given the uncertainty and relative lack of depth at the tight end position heading into 2020, a case could be made for selecting Kelce as early as the second round in fantasy drafts this summer. For the majority of Bell's time in Pittsburgh, he benefited from the Steelers' offensive line consistently opening huge holes. That wasn't the case last year, as the Jets' atrocious line was unable to block effectively for Bell's blend of patience and twitch.
Kevin Tompkins
Fighting Chance Fantasy
When you're deciding between Kelce and George Kittle as your TE1, you have to factor in the consistency of Kelce, with four straight 1000-yard seasons as well as the ball distributor, some guy named Patrick Mahomes. Those two factors solidify my case for Kelce over Kittle as the TE1 in fantasy for 2020.
Ben Wasley
The Fantasy First Down
Travis Kelce remains the pinnacle for tight ends in fantasy football. With four consecutive 1000+ yard seasons under his belt and as a key cog in the league's best offense, he's as safe as they come. His floor is WR1-quality, he's missed one game in the last six seasons and he gets an extraordinary amount of red zone targets. As an added bonus, last season's TE1 is due some TD regression and did much of his work last year without Patrick Mahomes. Every player comes with some risk but Kelce is as safe as they come and should be locked in as the TE1. The real question is where you take him. He's usually going in the middle of the second round and while that's a touch too early for me, I couldn't blame you for wanting to lock up one of the shallowest positions with a total stud.Le'Veon Bell once again proved that situation often trumps talent for running backs, as a mediocre O-line and Adam Gase led to a Derrick Henry level of volume (10 fewer touches) for 100 fewer fantasy points. Bell has massive room for improvement though, as he has no true competition (sorry La'Mical) and huge regression upside. Bell's never been a high TD guy or overly efficient but 4 yards per carry and 8 total TDs isn't an unreasonal expectation and that would mean a top 10 finish. Bump those up a little and he becomes a league winner. He's a great third round gamble you can pair with any of the riskier RBs like Fournette, Drake, Carson, CEH and Sanders.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
It's now been four straight seasons where Kelce has finished with 1,000-plus yards. He's as safe as they come and should still be in the prime of his career at 30 years old. Patrick Mahomes took a step back in terms of touchdown percentage in 2019, but could very well bounce back to elite levels in 2020, giving Kelce consideration as a second-round pick in fantasy drafts. If you have "your guys" in the middle rounds, Kelce makes sense as an early-round pick. He's now posted TE1-type numbers in 28-of-32 games over the last two years. It also helps when you see 41.4 percent of your team's targets inside the 10-yard line, like Kelce did in 2019.You're going to see Bell fall down draft boards this year, and further than he should. That's odd for me to say, as Bell was someone I was avoiding like the plague in drafts. The difference? Expectations. Playing him as your first-round pick in your RB1 slot was never something anyone should've expected, especially behind that offensive line and in Gase's offense. While he's still stuck in Gase's offense, the offensive line was upgraded quite a bit this offseason, which should allow Bell more room to work. Even if he repeated his 2019 performance, that's RB2 production. There were just 11 running backs who produced RB2 or better numbers more often than him. Sure, he didn't have a ton of weekly upside, but he was safe. Now coming off the board outside the top three rounds, Bell is a value play.
Frank Bonincontri

Defending the crown means getting every teams best shot, feel just as confident in Kelce as i did last season*Adam Gase
Seth Miller
Crossroads Fantasy Football
Put up a RB1-2 point total at the 13th highest rate, despite only 4 total TDs on 311 touches, and a bottom 3 run blocking unit. Only had 9 10 zone attempts, which lines up with a 31st ranked scoring offense. Will it all be that bad again?
Rob Wilson
The Fantasy Footballers
Kelce remains the top TE in fantasy until someone supplants himBell mentioned he's in better football shape, let's hope that's true. If Gase feeds him in the passing game he will return RB2 numbers.
Elliot Berkovits
Packer Report
Kelce has been the elite of the elite for TE's over the last handful of years and while I don't expect his play to drop off too much, he is starting to get up there in age which is why I have him at 2nd overall. George Kittle is just entering his prime while Kelce's is nearing the back-end of his prime. I like both but Kittle just a bit more. After a disappointing 2019 season, Bell is in need of a major bounce-back season which could be difficult considering he's playing on the Jets offense. I don't see Bell getting too many opportunities near the goal which means he'll have to rely heavily on his receiving numbers to be worthy of his ADP.
Dalton Kates
APEX Fantasy Leagues
Bell had workhorse touches last year, but was inefficient in a bad offense. Year 2 with the Jets should allow for improvement in that category and he should still be a massive focal point in the offense. Not much competition and Bell has proven in the past to be one of the best backs in the league.

What can you say about Kelce? He became the first tight end ever to put up four consecutive 1,000-yard seasons last year. He's finished as the top tight end in fantasy in three of the last four years (and fell half a point shy of Rob Gronkowski in the other), and is always among the leaders in targets, receptions, and yards at the position. An elite player in an elite offense with an elite quarterback. Don't overthink it.

Has finished as No. 1 TE in FAN PTS 4 straight seasons, is tied to perhaps the NFL's top offense and has shown no signs of slowing downVolume remains elite, but it's going to take a leap of faith that improvements to the NYJ O-line and Bell's conditioning will catapult him back into the RB1 class

Travis Kelce converted just 2 of 12 targets inside the 10-yard line into TDs last year -- 17%. From 2016-2018, he converted 9 of 22 targets inside the 10 into scores -- 41%. @SmolaDSLast year there were only 3 RBs to have 240+ rushing attempts and 75+ targets. I think we would be expecting some "positive" regression for Bell, especially in the TD department, but it seems that Gase is a subscriber to the "RB's don't matter" philosophy. I expect Gore, Perine or one of the journeymen the Jets have horded to cut into Bell's upside.

Kelce is still the best fantasy tight end in the league playing on an explosive Chiefs offense. He finished the 2019 season with 1,233 yards from scrimmage and 6 touchdowns.Bell should benefit from the Jets adding T Mekhi Becton and WR Denzel Mims in the NFL Draft. They also added RB La'Mical Perine in the 4th round and RB Frank Gore in free agency, but neither should not be a huge threat to Bell's touches this season.

Kelce has finished as the TE2 or better the last four seasons. Yes, you read that correctly. Even without Patrick Mahomes at QB, Kelce's been getting the job done for fantasy football and there's very little reason to doubt that he's going to finish as a top-2 option again this season. If you don't want to play the late-round TE guessing game, Kelce's an extremely smart selection at his current ADP.Adam Gase seems intent on taking the ball out of Bell's hands and splitting the work among his other running backs. Frank Gore and Lamical Perine are both going to eat into Bell's touches and it's going to limit his production. Bell is nothing more than a low-end RB2 in this Jets offense, despite being one of the more talented running backs in the NFL.

One of the biggest risers of this offseason. Line was a major Draft and Free Agency focus, and Mims provides some more field stretching help. Could go a long way to a Bell rebound, although Gore has a history under Gase and could carve out an annoying GL role
