Ingram will miss the first four games of the season. He should be able to return after that and put up similar numbers to last season, but if someone like Jonathan Williams comes in and plays well in his stead, it could hurt his touches afterward.Coleman is still just a Devonta Freeman injury away from being a solid every-week fantasy back, but Freeman has held up pretty well so far. Coleman was worth more under Shanahan's offense, so I'm not that high on him this year, but his usage isn't going away.
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
Ingram is set to miss 4 games due to suspension, but he was rock solid last year and is expected to maintain the same role upon his re-entry. From the moment he comes back, you are getting an easy RB1, so if you believe you can muster a win or two without your fifth round pick over the first month then don't hesitate to get Ingram on your roster.Coleman was nowhere near as impressive without Shanahan leading their offense last season, but that isn't to say he has lost his flex-worthy status. The Falcons are expected to keep working him into their gameplan and with a handful of receptions here and there, you've got a fairly reliable RB3 which is tough to come by.

4 game suspension Next years Jerrick McKinnon, he might even go to the 49ers to re-unite with Shanahan. He'll also be a solid RB2 for most of this season.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
He's suspended for the first four games of the season, sure, but getting him for 12 games will be more valuable than someone like Derrick Henry, who will be touchdown-reliant in all 16 games. It's clear that the Saints don't want to shift more of the early-down work to Alvin Kamara, as Sean Payton said they don't want to change his workload much, even during the first four weeks while Ingram is out. Ingram is also due for some positive regression in the touchdown department, as he caught 58 passes last year without a single touchdown. The league average among running backs is one every 25.6 receptions. Unless there's an injury to Devonta Freeman, it's hard to see Coleman living up to his current ADP, which is right around the 22nd-24th RB off the board. In games where Freeman's played all four quarters, Coleman topped 11 carries just once last season. When seeing in between 6-11 carries per game, it makes it difficult to produce massive numbers unless you're consistently scoring touchdowns at an unsustainable rate, which Coleman has. The reason you draft him is because he can give you flex-type production with Freeman, but turns into a must-start RB1 without Freeman.
Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
Ingram averaged 14.1 fantasy points per game this year. I think Ingram will lose touches to Kamara next year and he is suspended for the first four games. He probably will have only flex value for the season and RB2 value once he starts playing in Week 5. Coleman averaged 9.4 fantasy points per game last year, but the Falcons talented back is not going to be more than a flex option as long as Freeman is the starter in Atlanta.
