Michael Petropoulos
BRoto Fantasy
I am slowly warming up to Mike Williams a bit more but still do not love his ADP. I do think he is safe enough at his ADP though where he will still be productive even if he doesn't break out this season. His 11 TDs are going to be hard to repeat and 43/664 line obviously leaves a lot to be desired. Needs to take a step up.Robinson was disappointing last season to say the least, 55/754/4. Had a single game in 13 half ppr contests with over 14 fantasy points. Now he is being selected as a low end WR2 and that is too rich for my liking. He has not produced up to par for years now.
Dan Harris
FantasyPros
Robinson led the Bears in targets last year despite playing in just 13 games, and had a big playoff performance with 10 catches for 143 yards and a touchdown. Now, in his second year playing with Mitchell Trubisky in Matt Nagy's system and another year removed from his ACL tear, some growth should certainly be expected. Don't let last year's "disappointing" season allow you to let Robinson fall too far. He should be a relatively reliable starting wide receiver in all fantasy formats.
Jason Petropoulos
BRoto Fantasy
If we forget his one big season from FOUR years ago, ARob has averaged 4 TDs in his other three healthy seasons. Last season, he had over 6 catches ONE time and scored a TD in only four games. He'll see consistent targets, making him a WR3, but not much more.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
There have been just 16 wide receivers who've been able to finish as a top-20 fantasy receiver with less than 100 targets over the last 10 years. Williams just did it with 66 targets, while Tyler Lockett did it with 71 targets in 2018. No other wide receivers can say they did it with less than 79 targets. The exit of Tyrell Williams in free agency means a lot more targets and consistency is in store for Mike Williams in 2019. It's rare to find a wide receiver being drafted outside the top-25 wide receivers with top-10 upside, but Williams has itIt's tough to know how you should value Robinson, as he was coming off a torn ACL in 2018, joining a new team with a new quarterback, and learning a new offense. With that being said, he'll likely be a bit more inconsistent than he was in Jacksonville due to the number of weapons the Bears have available. Between him, Anthony Miller, Taylor Gabriel, Trey Burton, Tarik Cohen, and David Montgomery, you may be stuck with some lackluster weeks, which is not something you want out of your WR2, meaning he's best-suited as a WR3 who'll give you some WR1 performances at times
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
Williams was insanely efficient despite being the 4th target. With Tyrell Williams gone and the threat of Melvin Gordon holding out, Williams could surge forward, perhaps all the way into WR1 territory. There is some risk here, but the upside is spectacular.Robinson may have disappointed last year but let's remember that he was coming into a new offense with limited pre-season work due to his significant injury. He missed some time but still led the team in targets and may bounceback to his former WR1 self with a fully healthy season in this up-and-coming offense.
Nick Zylak
Fantasy Football Advice
I think William's ADP is fair, since he does come with a ton of upside if injuries were to occur, but he needs injuries to pay off his ADP. He's currently the 4th option on the offense behind Keenan Allen, Melvin Gordon and Hunter Henry. That really caps the upside of a low volume, TD dependent receiver. Last season he scored 10 TD's on just 43 receptions...a stat line that is going to regress this season. Again, Williams does have upside if guys go down, but I can't justify drafting a player this early when they need injuries to pay off.Robinson is a very uninspiring pick this season. He's on a good offense, with a good QB and a good OC. The problem is all the talent around him. They have Cohen/Gabriel/Miller, who are all capable pass catchers, but Montgomery can also catch passes, Burton is a solid receiving threat, and Patterson will be used on designed plays. I have Robinson projected to see a 20% target market share...and I really can't increase it much from there. That sort of volume gives him the 44th highest projection among WR's. That's not going to cut it for me. I'll happily pass on him in the middle rounds of drafts.
