Lineups
Robert Woods is consistently one of the most underappreciated players in fantasy football. He's surpassed 130 targets each of the past two seasons and could be headed for a career-high mark after the departures of Brandin Cooks and Todd Gurley. Woods is a consistent force, particularly in PPR leagues as in 10 of his 15 games last year, he had 9+ targets. I don't expect any two-tight end schematic shifts to impact Kupp's usage, but if it does, Woods would have a bit of added upside in the target department. I know it's not exciting to draft Woods, but you'll be happy to have a consistent plug-and-play guy who will rarely if ever lose you a week.

A season after a fractured ankle ended Beckham's 2017 in Week 5, he sustained a bruised quadriceps that sidelined him for the final four games of 2018. Although he suited up for all 16 games last season, he played through a core muscle injury that required surgery in January. He enters 2020 as an injury risk and with his fantasy fate tied to an immature QB who was dreadful in '19.Woods enjoyed the most productive season of his six-year NFL career in 2018, setting career-high marks in receptions, receiving yards and touchdowns. While he reached 90 receptions last season for the first time in his career, his production slipped in the yardage and scoring departments. His two receptions on plays run inside the 10-yard line ranked fifth on the Rams in '19.
John Hesterman
Dynasty League Football
Annually undervalued, Robert Woods represents a high target floor, solid and consistent production, and we should all be expecting more than the pair of receiving touchdowns he managed last season. The Rams moving to more 12-Personnel ensures he is not leaving the field despite the package. Woods has a WR2 fllor with WR1 upside.
Ben Wasley
The Fantasy First Down
OBJ once again battled injuries and poor QB play as he disappointed for the third consecutive season. This year was arguably worse as he played 16 games despite injury but continued to disappoint most weeks. It's very difficult to trust Odell to any extent, especially with the potential move to an even more run-heavy offense and the arrival of Austin Hooper. While the possible injury issues for Jarvis Landry may initially open up some opportunities, there are many safer options this high in the draft.I've been on the Robert Woods hype train all off-season and it seems to finally be gaining momentum. He finished WR17 despite only scoring 2 TDs and a couple of very poor games plus a mid-season injury. TD regression should happen though that's never been his strength and for that reason, he's a great PPR option and a solid option in other modes given his late fourth-round cost.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
What in the world happened to Beckham in 2019? If we were replaying last season, we wouldn't be drafting him until the fifth or sixth round of fantasy drafts. But that's where fantasy players go wrong. That's a one-year sample size. We had 59 career games prior to that we can look at where he was the best game-by-game fantasy wide receiver of all-time. Which do you trust? Everyone on the Browns struggled last year and knowing that Beckham was playing through a hernia only added to the disappointment. 2019 was the first year he'd posted WR2 or better numbers in less than 66.7 percent of his games (which is ridiculous). We know the offense is changing, but that also comes with some concerns. While in Minnesota last year, Kevin Stefanski's wide receivers combined for just 201 targets and a 43.1 percent target share, which ranked as the fourth-lowest mark in football. Stefon Diggs, who is also very talented, saw just 94 targets in 15 games last year. While I don't expect the Browns to be as run-heavy as the Vikings were, it's an added level of concern. But here's the thing - it's not like a lot of the wide receivers in the 10-15 range don't come with similar issues or question marks. Beckham has done it before and has true No. 1 overall wide receiver upside. He's in the prime of his career at 27 years old and his only competition for targets (Jarvis Landry) is coming off hip surgery. Getting him as your high-end WR2 is worth it.Despite scoring just two touchdowns last year, Woods was able to finish as the No. 17 wide receiver. Why do we continually doubt that his production will continue? Under Sean McVay, he's been a WR2 or better in 21-of-43 games, which is the same as Tyreek Hill. He may not have the upside that Hill does, but as a WR2 on your team, he's gold.
Frank Bonincontri
Fantasy Wire HQ
Curious to see if he is truly over the 2019 injuries, but I just don't believe a word that comes out of his mouth. Can't live off that one-handed catch forever...The volume is there, the departure of Brandin Cooks helps, hoping there can be more TD's for 2020
Rob Wilson
The Fantasy Footballers
OBJ looks to bounce back ala Deandre Hopkins in 2016. He could produce an elite season for an average cost. Top target for teams going RB-RBWoods is the model of consistency, has remained in the 5th forever. Won't win you many weeks, but if he plays in most offensive packages the Ying to Cooper Kupp's Yang, he has WR2 potential with ease.
Elliot Berkovits
Packer Report
There may not be a more confusing WR in fantasy than OBJ. After his trade to Cleveland last year it seemed like he was primed for his best season yet, things did not go the way he expected. It was a very disappointing season for OBJ last year and now he needs to prove that he still has WR1 talent. That being said, if he and Baker Mayfield get on the same page, OBJ should outperform his ADP fairly easily.Robert Woods is the definition of consistency. Week in and week out you know what you're getting from Woods and fantasy football that's an incredibly valuable trait. He may not have WR1 upside, but you won't find a better WR2.
Michael Petropoulos
BRoto Fantasy
Woods is the most underappreciated WR year in and year out. He is the Rams WR1.
Dan Harris

Beckham fought through a core injury all last year, which he addressed this offseason with surgery. His talent is undeniable, but there are plenty of red flags. He's missed 21 games already in his career, has to share targets with a crowded group of pass-catchers, and will be playing for a head coach in Kevin Stefanski whose offense ran the ball 48% of the time last year. So it's unlikely that Beckham is going to see close to the more than 10 targets per game he has averaged in his career. There's immense upside with Beckham because, well, he's Beckham. But he's not going to see the 24.9% target share he saw last year, so you're better off taking him as your WR2 and hoping everything breaks right. There is a pretty big disconnect between what the average fantasy football player thinks about Woods and what the expert consensus thinks about him, with the latter being significantly higher. Woods scored just three touchdowns last year but there is bound to be positive regression, and he's seen at least 130 targets in each of the last two years. With Brandin Cooks gone, and with how Woods came on toward the second half of the season, he's much closer to a WR1 than fantasy managers are giving him credit for.

Flashed occasional vintage play-making skills in 2019 despite playing through sports hernia - at 27, with health restored, expect a big rebound, especially if WR Landry misses timeBecame 1 of just 5 WRs in NFL history to catch 90 passes with 2 TD catches or less in 2019 - heavy target share, plus TD regression offers backend WR1 upside

OBJ had a horrible first year in Cleveland with 1,045 yards receiving and 4 receiving touchdowns. He is more of a WR2 that needs to stay healthy and have better chemistry with Baker Mayfield to achieve WR1 status.Woods was solid with 1,249 yards from scrimmage, but he had only 3 touchdowns. He is a WR3 with his nice yardage totals, but he does not score enough touchdowns to be in the WR2 discussion.

Woods is the most underrated WR1 in the league this offseason. He's basically guaranteed to go at least 85/1100/5, has more upside than that with the departure of Cooks, never steps off the field no matter what personnel the Rams decide to use (the same can not be said for Kupp), and will likely score more TDs this season as Jared Goff had SEVEN different passing plays end up at the one-yard line last season. I will have Woods on all of my teams at his current ADP.

OBJ is moving into the Adam Thielen role in Kevin Stefanksi's offense and should be the target leader in this offense. As long as he can stay healthy, OBJ has the potential to finish the season as a high-end WR1. However, there are legitimate concerns regarding OBJ's health and whether or not he's going to be to able to stay on the field for all 16 games. The benefit this season, versus in previous years, is that those concerns are baked into Beckham's ADP. He's a solid WR2 addition for your roster with WR1 upside.Over the back half of 2019, Woods was a WR1 and gave you some huge performances. This offense doesn't appear set to change from what was working for them at the end of last season, which indicates that Woods is in line for another huge season. Calvin Ridley may be the best overall value in redraft AP right now, but Woods is a close second.

Odell saw 137 targets last season and received a 26% target share, which led the team. Odell saw 15 targets in the red zone, but only came down with 1 TD in goal line situations. He finished with 4 TDs on the season. During the offseason Odell had sports hernia surgery and it was reported that he is near full health. In an interview he stated, "I would honestly say this is probably going to be one of my best seasons -- bigger, stronger, faster. This my time.'' Odell saw the 3rd most air yards last season, with 1,801. He is due for positive regression in a few different areas. @gnarlynickkRobert Woods finished as the WR14 in PPR leagues last year with 140 targets /90 rec /1134 yards/2 TDs. With no Cooks and positive TD regression, Woods may be in for his first top-10 season of his career. He had just 2 TDs on 90 receptions which made him WR14 in 2019. Woods has also avg'd 18 carries / 136 yards / 1 TD the past two years. @amazehayes_ Woods has caught at least 85 balls, gone over 1,100 yards, and has seen 130+ targets in back-to-back seasons. @grahamBarfield

Mulligan please. Played the year hampered by his core and a coach. Odell Beckham in the Kevin Stefanski, Stefon Diggs role would be awesome because Odell is better..Odell had the second most deep targets in 2019, with some of the worst production. Only the Carolina duo had worse numbers, of WRs with at least 21 deep targets, go figure.Has quietly led the team in targets back to back years.
