Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
Despite not starting right out of the gate, Williams impressed the coaches enough to earn a starting spot by Week 3 of his rookie season. He quickly became a fantasy producer and was the No. 39 wide receiver in fantasy through nine weeks despite being a few weeks behind the curve. Now you add Tua Tagovailoa, which should be considered an upgrade over Ryan Fitzpatrick and Josh Rosen. While Devante Parker may be the 1A, his price is much more expensive than Williams, making Williams the better value late in drafts. He didn't make a big impact during his rookie season, but now that Chester Rogers is gone, Campbell should have the starting slot role all to himself. Not only will he be a starter this year, but he'll also get a quarterback upgrade with Philip Rivers in town. Campbell has big-play upside, and at this cost, you only need a few of them.
Kyle Yates
FantasyPros
Williams greatly exceeded expectations in 2020 before going out with an injury. He'll assume a starting position again in this offense and, as long as he's fully healthy, he should outperform his current ADP. There's some risk currently as we don't know where he's at in his recovery, but I fully expect Williams' ADP to rise as we near the season if everything is on track. As of right now, Campbell and Hilton might cancel each other out from a fantasy football perspective. However, if Hilton misses time again this season, Campbell would immediately jump up into top-30 WR discussion.
Ben Wasley
The Fantasy First Down
Preston Williams should return from his mid-season ACL as the Dolphins WR2 and when you're talking about a big-bodied, athletic receiver in an offence that will pass a lot, that's got a fair bit of value. There's no guarantees here but DeVante Parker has shown us the upside that exists in this offence. He's a super late-round gamble with plenty of positive possibilities. The Parris Campbell hype is growing but it's rather overblown. I understand the Rivers-slot connection and Parris does have talent, I just don't seem him as much more than a possible flex option in PPR if things go right. I'd rather shoot for a little more upside.
Kevin Wheeler
Draftwize
Preston Williams is a former 5-star Top-50 overall HS All-American who was at Tennessee before transferring to CSU. Off the field issues killed his draft stock. But make no mistake about it, the future is very bright for him with Tua in Miami. @RayGQueCampbell outproduced Terry McLaurin in college while being two years younger. He was also a higher draft selection. He's an interesting late round pick at WR.
Seth Miller
Crossroads Fantasy Football
See notes on Parker. Miami ran 3 WR sets over half the time in 2019. And that was with Williams gone half the season, with Albert, and Hurns filling in. Parker and Williams each spent less than 20% of the time in the slot(Gesicki time!). New OC, Chain Galley, has loved 3 WR sets in the past. Preston struggled against Man, Zone, and Press in 2019. Not great, but guess what, he's one of only a few guys in town. Should benefit from that as long as Fitzpatrick is QBOnly had 3 games where he was on the field at least 49% of the time. Had 18 targets in those 3 games. Abdominal injury, Fractured Hand, Fractured Foot. Check, Check, Check. 97th+ percentile 40 yard dash, Speed, and Burst Score? Check, Check, Check. 6', 200lbs. 1000 yard season while sharing the field with Terry McLaurin at Ohio St. Now, his competition. Pittman hasn't been a pillar of health himself: broken collarbone (January 2016), hand surgery (January 2017), high left ankle sprain (August 2017), broken nose (August 2017) and shoulder surgery (January 2019), and he fills a completely different roll than Campbell. Pittman is not a YAC threat like Campbell. Hilton also hasn't played 16 games since 2017. Counting on a healthy season at 31 is just as risky as any of the IND options. I'm ready for a Chark like bounce back in year 2, after everyone has moved on to the next shiny toy in Indy, Pittman.
Dan Harris
FantasyPros
Campbell should be a prime sleeper this season, after missing all but seven games in his rookie season with injury. Philip Rivers likes to push the ball deep, and Campbell's elite speed should mesh with Rivers' skill set well. You can't rely on any Colts wide receiver outside of T.Y. Hilton as a fantasy starter, but Campbell has tons of upside and can play out of the slot, and should be drafted and stashed on fantasy benches everywhere.
