FantasyPros
Whether you want to believe in Ingram or you don't, you have plenty of ammunition. Those looking to buy can point to the fact that he averaged over 4.5 yards per carry over each of the last four seasons and will now play in a Greg Roman offense that will likely lead the league in rushing attempts. Those avoiding Ingram can point to his age (29), his PED suspension, and the fact that in each of the last three years, the lead running back for the Ravens at the start of the year as lost his job. Your best bet is to go somewhere in between - buy Ingram as a likely low-end RB2, but have depth at running back if you draft him.Lindsay, an undrafted rookie, had a shocking breakout for the Broncos last year, totaling 1,278 yards and 10 touchdowns. He sustained a wrist injury late last year, needed surgery, and spent much of the offseason rehabbing. Despite his production, the Broncos seem intent on allowing Royce Freeman to split carries with Lindsay, and their signing of Theo Riddick (even though he is now injured) shows that they really want to spread the ball around in the backfield. Don't in any way forget about Lindsay on draft day as an RB2. But don't draft him expecting last year's numbers.

Mark Ingram is one of my main targets this season in redraft. Justice Hill is mostly an analyst-fueled hype machine at this point and the coaches have shown little inclination to use him how most hoped. There's a good chance Ingram sees 18+ touches per game. @ConnorAllenNFLExtremely small sample, but Lindsay lined up from the slot + out wide on 2-of-8 'Flacco' snaps - a glimpse of what we've heard on his usage out of camp all offseason. @NotJDaigle

The Athletic
He's a proven, productive 3-down back that will take on a lead role for what should be one of the most run-heavy teams (again) - decent shot at 250+ touches
Michael Petropoulos
BRoto Fantasy
Ingram is up there in age and has never really had a backfield to himself, however there is a lot of potential in an offense that may break rush attempt records. He is in line to be the lead back and barring health, should see over 250 rush attempts.Lindsay had over 1000 rushing yards, over 200 receiving yards and over 10 TDs last season. Despite that performance, he is now being disrespected and is expected to split carries. I still like Lindsay and expect him to get the lion's share of the touches. Solid pick at ADP.
Jason Petropoulos
BRoto Fantasy
Lamar Jackson had around 14-20 rushes per game last season whereas whereas the Baltimore RBs COMBINED for around 20-28. That certainly leaves some room for production, but how many targets can we expect Ingram to see? With Hill, Gus the Bus, and even Dixon in the mix, Ingram will likely be more TD-dependent than expected.Booker saw 30% of the Broncos snaps last season. With that usage likely out of the window now, there's room for Lindsay to be very good even with the involvement of Royce Freeman. Things were looking up for Lindsay when his OC referred to him and Freeman as Devonta Freeman and Tevin Coleman, but now his ceiling is capped with the signing of the pass-catching specialist Theo Riddick.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
Leaving the nest of the Saints offense is something Ingram has never had to do, so life may seem a bit more difficult in Baltimore. It's a good thing that they'll be a run-first team with Lamar Jackson under center, but it's also a bad thing around the goal-line, as Jackson is more of a threat to score than Ingram. The Ravens drafted Justice Hill, and still have Kenneth Dixon and Gus Edwards on the roster, so it may be more of a timeshare than some believe, though Ingram should be the leader in the clubhouse. His lack of upside drops him below some of the other options in his rangeIt's pretty rare to see a running back who finished top-12 his rookie season despite missing a game fall down draft boards the following year, especially when the team didn't add another running back. That's precisely the case with Lindsay, who will share some touches with Royce Freeman, but Lindsay has proven to be much more capable in the pass-game than Freeman, which gives him the nod as the starter. While there is some built-in risk, it's not enough to knock Lindsay out of solid RB2 territory
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
Ingram has been great in the Saints offense over the last few seasons but that does not mean he will fit well in a different offense, especially as a 30-year-old. Sure, the Ravens brought in Ingram but let's not forget that Gus Edwards was terrific to close the season and the Ravens also drafted the electric Justice Hill. Ingram certainly has RB2 potential, but this is shaping up to be a three-headed monster splitting the workload.Royce Freeman is plenty talented behind Lindsay so it would be fair to worry about that, but try to remember just how great Lindsay was last season. If he is healthy, he will play, even in a new scheme. Whether that means being more involved in the passing game or not, you can rely on Lindsay to produce again if he is on the field.
Nick Zylak
Fantasy Football Advice
My projections absolutely hate Mark Ingram this season. He's going to see very little work in the passing game, and Justice Hill is going to take some of his early down work. This is a great rushing offense though...so he's going to be very efficient on the ground. I just can't justify his current ADP. He's going to get carries and TD's vultured by multiple players, and he won't be able to make up for it with his receiving stats. There are better RB's going in his range, so target them instead.I have my concerns with Lindsay. I think he's a good RB, but the Broncos aren't going to very good this season, and Freeman isn't going anywhere. He was great last season, but he was only given over 15 carries in three games, and his TD rate is likely to regress from 9 on under 200 carries. He's also likely to see a few less carries, assuming Freeman can remain healthy this season. Lindsay can absolutely pay off his ADP, and I do like him in that late 4th/early 5th round range...but he's rarely still on the board at that point.
Derek Lofland
FantasyPros
Ingram should be a nice addition to the Ravens running game and he will be the lead back in the committee. His signing really hurts the fantasy value for Gus Edwards, but Edwards should still have a role and he is probably going to be only a RB3 in 2019.Lindsey concerns me with a new coaching staff, a new quarterback, a wrist surgery injury that should be fine by training camp, and RB Royce Freeman behind him on the depth chart. He is a risky RB2 with both upside coming off a solid rookie season and uncertainty as to his role in Year 2.
Kyle Yates
The Fantasy Footballers
Mark Ingram is a screaming value at his current ADP. The Ravens have reinforced their offensive philosophy to run the ball this offseason and Ingram is going to be at the center of it all. 220+ carries isn't out of the question for Ingram and there will be running lanes galore for him as defenses attempt to eliminate Lamar Jackson's running abilities. Ingram is the perfect RB to snag in the mid-rounds of your draft and roll out week after week.
