FantasyPros
McLaurin was a revelation last season for people who drafted him in the last round or scooped him up off of waiver wires in week one. While he does have more competition for targets in 2020, he's the main option in this passing attack and is a guarantee to see over 120 targets. He's a value right now at his current ADP and would be a fantastic addition to your fantasy roster as a WR2/WR3.

Draftwize
Terry McLaurin's 13.7 PPR FPG last year tied for 10th-most all-time with JuJu Smith-Schuster for any rookie WR drafted in the second round or later of the NFL draft. @GrahamBarfieldPreston Williams is a former 5-star Top-50 overall HS All-American who was at Tennessee before transferring to CSU. Off the field issues killed his draft stock. But make no mistake about it, the future is very bright for him with Tua in Miami. @RayGQue

Advanced metrics darling and near-backend WR2 producer as rookie was PFF's 6th-highest grade WR in 2019 despite ugly QB combo of Keenum, McCoy, Haskins

If you had to guess, who would you say was second on the team in targets? Chris Thompson with 58. He will not be without competition in 2020 but I don't think that has to be a bad thing. Terry saw 6.6 targets with Haskins for 34/500/2 in 8 games. A lot of change in 2020. Scott Turner is the new OC, was co-oc in Carolina where Carolina ranked second in attempts last year. Do bad teams tend to pass more? Probably, the Dolphins and Bengals were 6th and 7th. Will the Redskins be bad? I dunno. Lots of questions.See notes on Parker. Miami ran 3 WR sets over half the time in 2019. And that was with Williams gone half the season, with Albert, and Hurns filling in. Parker and Williams each spent less than 20% of the time in the slot(Gesicki time!). New OC, Chain Galley, has loved 3 WR sets in the past. Preston struggled against Man, Zone, and Press in 2019. Not great, but guess what, he's one of only a few guys in town. Should benefit from that as long as Fitzpatrick is QB
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
McLaurin came out of nowhere as a waiver wire acquisition last year, finishing as the No. 27 wide receiver on a bad offense. It wasn't all pretty, as he had four games with less than 40 yards, but they were going through a lot of changes on the offense. They reportedly tried to acquire Amari Cooper, but after failing to land him, they fell back on Antonio Gandy-Golden in the fourth round of the draft. He's not going to threaten McLaurin's lead role on the team. It's safe to say we should expect 100-plus targets in year two, even if they aren't highly efficient coming from Dwayne Haskins.Despite not starting right out of the gate, Williams impressed the coaches enough to earn a starting spot by Week 3 of his rookie season. He quickly became a fantasy producer and was the No. 39 wide receiver in fantasy through nine weeks despite being a few weeks behind the curve. Now you add Tua Tagovailoa, which should be considered an upgrade over Ryan Fitzpatrick and Josh Rosen. While Devante Parker may be the 1A, his price is much more expensive than Williams, making Williams the better value late in drafts.
Derek Lofland
FantasyPros
McLaurin was the lone bright spot in the Washington offense with 58 receptions for 919 yards and 7 receiving touchdowns. He should take a jump in his second year, especially if second-year QB Dwayne Haskins can also take a jump in his second year.
