Win My Fantasy League
Cobb may be pushed by Moore in camp and may fall to number four in the target pecking orderNot enough targets for three fantasy relevant receivers in Tennessee and we are siding with Corey Davis and Taywan Taylor
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
In years where both Cobb and Rodgers have been healthy, Cobb has finished #6, #19 and #31. Even last season, Cobb was a flex play with backups throwing him the football. If Cobb can get back on the field soon and isn't traded, he ought to be drafted as a WR3 with upside for much more.Matthews will likely going to take a step back this season with the expected emergence of Corey Davis, Taywan Taylor and the arrival of DIon Lewis. With that said, he was a top 36 receiver each of the past two seasons so it isn't like he will drop all the way out of fantasy relevance suddenly.
Andrew Gould
FantasyPros
Here's a head-scratcher: Cobb, who still calls Aaron Rodgers his QB, needed a late-July floor to surpass Jordy Nelson in consensus ADP. While he hasn't finished as a top-25 WR since 2014, that will change if the QB-WR duo both stay healthy. Cobb caught 30 of 45 targets for 302 yards and two TDs in five games completed by his superstar teammate. He is now Rodgers's second target behind Davante Adams after tallying 409 of his 653 yards after the catch. After reporting for camp without a walking boot, he looks recovered from an injured ankle and ready to regain his status as a weekly PPR mainstay. Rumors of Green Bay shopping Cobb could be cataclysmic to his fantasy appeal. No Rodgers, no thanks.Matthews never gets the attention he deserves despite averaging 6.5 targets and 58 yards per game in two seasons with the Titans. He solidified a WR37 season despite missing two games and posting four TDs after 2016's career-high nine. Among the league leaders in average cushion (seven yards), he remains Marcus Mariota's steadiest downfield threat. A mysterious injury sunk his stock, but he has since signed an extension and returned from the PUP list.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
I get it, Cobb's career has gone downhill the past few years, but that shouldn't force you to run from him completely. The last I checked, his quarterback is still Aaron Rodgers, which means 10 touchdowns is well within reach. Even with Jordy Nelson in town last year, Cobb saw 92 targets in 15 games, showing how much he still means to the offense. While there were rumors of him being cut due to his large salary cap number, they decided to hold on for another season, and you should, too. His ankle that required surgery this offseason is a real concern, but let's not pretend that you get wide receivers with his upside this late without some sort of risk. Despite Marcus Mariota getting hurt in 2016 and struggling through much of 2017, Matthews remained consistent in his production, hauling in 61 percent of his passes for 14.5 and 15.0 yards per reception in each year. The area his production dipped, though, was targets and touchdowns. With Corey Davis slated for a bigger role in 2018, you should expect that decline to continue, though Matthews won't go away, as he's been extremely efficient with his targets. He's comparable to the Titans version of DeSean Jackson.

QB List
Simple deduction here Watson: Cobb enters the season as #2 receiver for a high-level passing offense in Green Bay, but his hold on said job is tentative due to young guns Geronimo Allison and J'Mon Moore waiting in the wings. Risky play but plenty of early, and potentially late, season value if he can play up those #2 receiver targets. On our sister site Pitcherlist.com, we have a nickname for a pitcher that comes up to the majors and is wholly unspectacular: A Cup of Schmo. If ever there was such a thing in the NFL, it would be Rishard Matthews. Playing within a run-first Tennessee offense, Matthews is consistently ok, never extraordinary, and my bet is he will continue to do so even with an improved Mariota. Have fun!
