FantasyPros
The addition of Kirk Cousins has everyone excited, though the one who should be most excited is Diggs, who might see more targets float his way. After playing with Case Keenum, who was more of a game manager, Diggs should be more of a field stretcher for Cousins, as he can create separation at every level of the field. Meanwhile, Adam Thielen had a boost in production under Pat Shurmur, who is now gone. As of now, Thielen is going earlier than Diggs in drafts, but it really should be the other way around. Take the discount on Diggs and pass on Thielen, you'll be happy you did. It typically takes some time for a wide receiver to learn a new offense, which puts him behind where the rest of the wide receiver group is, but Robinson doesn't have to worry about that, as they are all learning a new offense. In fact, the starting trio of wide receivers and tight end will all be new faces for Mitch Trubisky. You don't bring in someone like Robinson in free agency if you aren't going to feature him. I'm expecting a minimum of 120 targets, which essentially locks him in as a top-25 wide receiver, as there were no wide receivers with more than 109 targets who finished outside the top-25 in standard formats. He's practicing in full and will be playing in the preseason, so it appears he's over the ACL injury that ruined his 2017 season.

Antonio Brown 1st 3 yrs: 249 tar, 151 rec, 2062yds, 7TDs Stefon Diggs: 291 tar, 200 rec, 2472yds, 15TDs Few WRs profile to take an AB path, Diggs is one of those WRs @ClutchFantasy There are very few WRs in the league who have the intricacies of the game down like Stefon Diggs. He's one of the most savvy route runners in the game. Short range quickness, football IQ (so underrated), footwork, angles, ball skills. @DanielHouseNFL He is a solid WR1 unless he is on the injury report, if he is questionable at any point during the week you can leave him on your bench. He seems to be on the injury report 4-5 weeks every season. Stefon Diggs ranked No. 1 vs man coverage in @MattHarmon_BYB's Reception Perception & No. 1 in @pff's Contested-Catch Efficiency. Diggs now entering his contract year at age 24. @EvanSilva Over the last two years, Stefon Diggs has spent 21 games off #Vikings injury report & 6 games on the report/limited by injury. When Diggs is off the injury report, he's averaged 17.0 PPR FPG (WR5 in this span). That trails only AB (21.3), OBJ (18.5), Allen (17.1), Julio (17.1). @GrahamBarfield

QB List
The 24-year-old Diggs comes into 2018 as one of the better pure athletes in the NFL, even if he doesn't have a nickname involving the word "lightning". Diggs has always shown game-breaking speed, good route running, and great hands, using these attributes to have arguably his best pro season last year posting almost 850 yard and eight touchdowns for the Vikings. As Kirk Cousins enters 2018 as the new Vikings franchise QB, how the targets will shake out for the Minnesota offense remains to be seen. If Diggs were to somehow gain a true WR1 target share, he could potentially be a top five wide receiver; however, as long as he and Thielen continue to both get fed, the most likely scenario in this case, those big dog games of his will be few and far between, leaving him to compete instead for a spot within the top 15. It seems like it's been decades since Allen Robinson burst onto the fantasy football scene, catching poorly thrown bombs from professional quarterback impersonator Blake Bortles. Unfortunately, due to losing all of last season to a torn ACL, and his 2016 being played almost entirely during garbage time, little can be inferred from Robinson's actual in-game performance. As such, his rank depends almost entirely upon his perceived skill (which I think is pretty damn good), and the seemingly massive role he's being paid $14 million annually to fill in Chicago. Aside from rookie Anthony Miller, speedster Taylor Gabriel, and newly imported tight end Trey Burton, Robinson has little to no challenge for the big dog share of targets from sophomore QB Mitchell Trubisky; that alone hints at top 20 upside.
Chet Gresham
WalterFootball
Diggs is one of the best receivers in the league and is playing for a contract this season. With all things equal, Adam Thielen should see more targets, but with a new quarterback in town, there's a chance Diggs can even those target numbers up.Robinson was signed by the Bears and will be in a much different offense than the Bears were using under John Fox. Fox is out and Matt Nagy is in, which is good for Robinson's chances of being a top fantasy receiver again. They still have work to do with second-year quarterback Mitch Trubisky, and who knows if and when this team can flash offensive upside, but there is real optimism that it will happen.
Andrew Gould
FantasyPros
The WR1 through Week 4, Diggs stumbled upon returning from a groin injury suffered the following game. He just found pay dirt in each of the final three contests before catching 14 of 22 targets for 207 yards and an unforgettable TD in a pair of postseason bouts. Last year's leader in WR rating (145.2) and contested-catch rate (64 %), Diggs possesses an uncapped ceiling for those willing to spend a late-third, early-fourth round pick.Back from a torn ACL suffered one catch into 2017, Robinson is again out to prove he's no one-year wonder. On one hand, it's crazy to pay a pick No. 40 ADP for someone coming off a major injury after an underwhelming 2016. But he'll only turn 25 this preseason, and he finally gets to test his chops with a QB besides Blake Bortles. Matt Nagy helped orchestrate a fantasy renaissance for Alshon Jeffery, so the 6'3" Robinson should especially be targeted judiciously in the red zone. The price is steep, but the appeal is understandable.
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
Diggs has had struggles staying on the field, but when he is healthy, we are talking about a top 12 wide receiver. Everyone is all over Thielen, and for good reason, but it was Diggs who was the stronger fantasy player in points per game last season. In 2015, Robinson was sensational with 1,400 yards and 14 touchdowns. That may lead you to believe he is going to be a monster in 2018, but try to remember that he was the WR29 the year before his 2017 injury. There are question marks about how he will recover from his injury, but the current word is that he is good to go and will be 100%.
Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Diggs feels pretty undervalued when compared to Thielen. He might be one of the best route-runners in the NFL and could rise up a bit this yearHealth is key here and you don't know how big of a leap Trubisky will make but the upside is obvious
Jody Smith
FantasyPros
Clearly the No. 1 option on a poetinally explosive Chicago offense.
Raju Byfield
Win My Fantasy League
Diggs may be targeted more by Cousins as the superior talentIf Robinson can regain his previous form and Trubisky is as good as the Bears think he is he could be back in the top five conversation by years end
Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
Diggs was a very good touchdown threat at the end of the season and he has WR1 value playing with QB Kirk Cousins.Robinson is coming off a torn ACL, but he should be ready for Week 1 and he will be the focal point of the Chicago Bears passing game. QB Mitchell Trubisky is a good prospect, but he has not proven himself enough to make Robinson a WR1.
