FantasyPros
Diggs clearly has a ton of talent at the potential to break out as a WR2, but lets not forget that Diggs finished behind Adam Thielen in receiving yards last season. Diggs was only startable in four games all of last season so just know that you are drafting a risky play with considerable upside. Here, we have the most highly hyped wideout of the preseason. He is receiving glowing praises for his off-season improvements, and now that he is with Jay Cutler, who called him a faster Alshon, he may just live up to that potential for Miami this season.

Diggs will look to put up his first 1000-yard season in 2017. Auction Value $13 The breakout is coming, Love the fact that Cutler is more aggressive than Ryan Tannehill. The talent is real . Auction Value $12
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
It was an injury-plagued year for Diggs in 2016, as he was either OUT or on the injury report 10 times. When he played through injuries, he totaled just 4.0 receptions and 37.3 yards per game. When he was off the injury report, he averaged 9.3 receptions and 107.0 yards per game. I'm buying Diggs as someone who could win fantasy titles in 2017. This could be a steal if the hype surrounding him this off-season turns out to be true. The coaches questioned him publicly last year, but have gone out of their way to praise him this off-season, going all-in on the third-year receiver. There were glimpses last year, when he had five games with 79 or more yards, despite seeing more than seven targets just three times. Jay Cutler coming to Miami raises his stock even more, as Cutler has the arm to get him the ball downfield, and also has the willingness to target him relentlessly.

5th Down Fantasy
Promising 2016 season went off-track after hamstring injury; emergence of Thielen and addition of Floyd should help more than hurt Diggs; potential for 100/1,000. Injuries and inconsistency have held back the 14th overall pick of 2015; Stills emergence as deep threat hurting his value; just nine red-zone targets in 2016; Cutler adds to the uncertainty.
Chet Gresham
WalterFootball
Diggs is my favorite Vikings receiver, which isn't saying a whole lot, but Sam Bradford can at least keep giving him good short targets and helping his PPR value.Parker is due to break out any day now, but in this offense, it might not be the huge breakout we hope for. If he can stay healthy, he should be a good source for touchdowns as he is the best red-zone target on the team.
Staff Rankings
QB List
Diggs is another player who gets a big boost in PPR leagues as he nabs a lot of catches. But even in non-PPR leagues, he's useful as he averaged over 100 yards per game when he wasn't on the injury report, and that's the key: health. He was on and off the injury report last year, and he wasn't great when he played through injuries. If he can stay healthy, he'll be a solid option this year.If you told me this year was Parker's breakout year, I'd believe you. He was a popular sleeper last year and didn't do all that much, and sure that could happen again this year, but he's due to breakout any season now. Unfortunately, he's not in a great offense, and considering Ryan Tannehill's done for the year and Jay Cutler's throwing the ball now, it makes Parker's prospects a bit more risky. That being said, it's never a terrible idea to bet on talent.

Landry news plus arrival of Cutler make Parker one of my favorite WR breakout candidates

Many analysts believe in his talent, but he's too erratic for me in anything other than best-ball. Being predicted to have a break-out season by many, I'll have to see and hear a little more from the preseason, but 1000 yds and 6-8 TD's are well within the range of possibilities.
