Proven fantasy RB Top 10 upside, and with T. Coleman off to SF, the backup vulture threat is less a threat than ever - it all comes down to health (if he plays close to a full season, he'll be a bargain)A lot of Antonio Brown to his game - lightning quick, can work the whole field, great route runner and explosive after the catch - health and random wallflower games have been his only bugaboos

Fantasy Football Advice
If you like lengthy injury histories, then let me introduce you to Devonta Freeman! Freeman has suffered a pulled hamstring, a hip strain, an MCL sprain, a PCL sprain, a knee bruise, 3 separate concussions, a foot bruise and then finally lost most of last year due to sports hernia surgery. Aside from his terrible rookie season, he's been extremely productive whole he's been on the field. Now let's talk about his offensive coordinator. Dirk Koetter has returned as the team's OC. He had that job from 2012-2014, then he was hired as the Bucs OC in 2015, and then served as their head coach from 1016-2018. In that time here is where his teams have ranked in rushing yards per game: 27/32/24/4/25/27/28. So in other words, Freeman is a RB with a high likelihood of injury, on an offense run by a man that has no idea how to run the football. What Freeman has going for him is 1) His talent...and 2) There's no one behind him on the depth chart. They have a few guys who can join together to fill potential void if he goes down, but they don't have a single RB that's going to challenge him for touches. Therefore, as long as he stays healthy, he's going to crush.I love targeting Diggs in the late 3rd/early 4th round. He's a bit too risky to rely on as your top guy each week, but at his ADP, he won't need to. You can make him your WR1 to go with 3 stud RB's, or maybe an upside WR2 to go with 2 elite running backs. However you choose to start your draft, Diggs is an upside pick. Diggs posted over 100 receptions in his first season with Cousins, commanding a nearly 30% share of the teams air yards. He's an elite WR in the prime of his career, on an offense that has a consolidated target market share. If he can get past the lower body injuries, then he's got all the upside in the world.
Kevin Wheeler
DraftWize
"Devonta Freeman is in good health and hasn't had any setbacks at the start of the preseason. Based on how he has practiced, Freeman should be in line for a bounce-back campaign."
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
Do you remember Freeman's rookie year? Probably not, because it had him falling outside the top 35 running backs selected the following year. In that season, he totaled just 248 yards and one touchdown on 65 carries. That's significant because that's the only year he played under Dirk Koetter, who is now back in Atlanta as the coordinator. While Freeman will have a much bigger role, Koetter hasn't been able to boost a run-game during his time in Atlanta or Tampa Bay, so the ceiling has likely dropped for Freeman. And that's not to mention Ito Smith, whose role grew as the year went on in 2018It's been quite the career arc for Diggs, who has gone from the WR46 his rookie year, to the WR30, WR19, and then WR10 in 2018 while collecting a career-high 150 targets. That's important, as it shows his new quarterback Kirk Cousins trusts him. With Adam Thielen around, it'll be tough for him to break into the top-five, but Diggs should be considered a relatively safe low-end WR1 in fantasy circles who would have top-five upside should something happen to Thielen
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
The Falcons have been banged up the last two years including Freeman himself but don't be surprised if this offensive line surges forward this year with all the talent they have. If that happens, Freeman could explode back into the top 10 fantasy running backs as we saw in 2015, 2016 and 2017 with his fantasy points per game.Diggs still hasn't become that top-end receiver we once assumed he would become but he has steadily improved each season. If Kirk Cousins' TD-rate improves to even league-average, Diggs may make that jump into the top 10 fantasy wideouts this time around.
Derek Lofland
FantasyPros
Freeman battled injuries in 2018 and he played only 2 games. He has RB1 value when healthy, but he is a huge durability risk in 2019 coming off a knee injury.Diggs had 102 receptions for 1,021 yards and 9 touchdowns last year. He is a solid WR2 that has a ton of upside in this offense as their most talented red zone wide receiver.
Kyle Yates
The Fantasy Footballers
We've seemingly forgotten about Devonta Freeman after his injury plagued 2018 season. Now, Freeman stands "alone" in that Atlanta backfield and is an incredible value in redraft leagues with his current ADP. Freeman's a solid bet for 240 carries and an increased volume in the passing game due to Tevin Coleman's absence. I'm drafting him wherever I can.
