FantasyPros
Baldwin's touchdown rate was cut in half last year, as standard regression expected it to, but his receptions and yards increased once again. With Wilson healthy all season, we could see the receptions climb above 100 with the yards and touchdowns following accordingly.Diggs clearly has a ton of talent at the potential to break out as a WR2, but lets not forget that Diggs finished behind Adam Thielen in receiving yards last season. Diggs was only startable in four games all of last season so just know that you are drafting a risky play with considerable upside.

RotoExperts
The apple of Russell Wilson's eye had eight games with eight or more targets in 2016. Auction Value $28 Diggs will look to put up his first 1000-yard season in 2017. Auction Value $13
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
He's now finished as a top-10 wide receiver in back-to-back seasons, and that was despite Russell Wilson taking a slight step back last year, though it was likely injury-related. His target numbers have gone up four straight seasons, as have the Seahawks pass attempts. They are attempting to get their run-game going again, but Baldwin is who moves the sticks. It was an injury-plagued year for Diggs in 2016, as he was either OUT or on the injury report 10 times. When he played through injuries, he totaled just 4.0 receptions and 37.3 yards per game. When he was off the injury report, he averaged 9.3 receptions and 107.0 yards per game. I'm buying Diggs as someone who could win fantasy titles in 2017.
Sablich Brothers
5th Down Fantasy
Set career highs in targets, catches and yards despite dropping from 14 TDs to 7 (which was expected anyway); 75 percent catch rate second in NFL; durable, just missing two games in 2012, zero since.Promising 2016 season went off-track after hamstring injury; emergence of Thielen and addition of Floyd should help more than hurt Diggs; potential for 100/1,000.
Brandon Funston
Fantasy Spin
He's as skilled a slot man as you'll find in the league, and he's delivered top 10 fantasy WR tallies each of the past 2 seasons despite ranking 19th and 29th, respectively, in Wr targets in those campaigns - but therein lies the rub, you'd like to see more targets, especially since slot targets often offer limited upside - the big picture has worked out for Baldwin, but the week-to-week ride can be more up-and-down than most others in this WR rank range
Chet Gresham
WalterFootball
Baldwin doesn't get the targets I wish he would, but he sure is good when he gets them. If Russell Wilson had been healthy all last season, I think Baldwin would have finished higher, and I will take a shot at him again this year.Diggs is my favorite Vikings receiver, which isn't saying a whole lot, but Sam Bradford can at least keep giving him good short targets and helping his PPR value.
Staff Rankings
QB List
Don't expect 2015 to happen again, but Baldwin was still very solid last season, catching 94 balls for 1,128 yards. If the Seahawks offensive line can stay healthy and give Russell Wilson the time he needs (and if Wilson stays healthy), Baldwin might see more targets, and eventually get more touchdowns. If that happens, he'll be a no-doubt WR1.Diggs is another player who gets a big boost in PPR leagues as he nabs a lot of catches. But even in non-PPR leagues, he's useful as he averaged over 100 yards per game when he wasn't on the injury report, and that's the key: health. He was on and off the injury report last year, and he wasn't great when he played through injuries. If he can stay healthy, he'll be a solid option this year.
Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
I still love Baldwin but we can't keep paying for his crazy 2015 run

Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
He had 5 games as a top 10 WR last year so he can be a boom/bust kind of guy, but I think that has more to do with Wilson. I consider him a must start every week at this point. He tends to be better in the second half of the season, but that probably has more to do with Wilson also being much better in the second half of the season. He's one of only four WR that have been in the top 10 in each of the past two years. Many analysts believe in his talent, but he's too erratic for me in anything other than best-ball.
Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
Baldwin was never going to duplicate his league-leading 14 touchdowns from 2015, but he had a solid season with 94 receptions for 1,128 yards and 7 touchdowns. He should be a solid WR2 this year.
