Lineups
Robert Woods is consistently one of the most underappreciated players in fantasy football. He's surpassed 130 targets each of the past two seasons and could be headed for a career-high mark after the departures of Brandin Cooks and Todd Gurley. Woods is a consistent force, particularly in PPR leagues as in 10 of his 15 games last year, he had 9+ targets. I don't expect any two-tight end schematic shifts to impact Kupp's usage, but if it does, Woods would have a bit of added upside in the target department. I know it's not exciting to draft Woods, but you'll be happy to have a consistent plug-and-play guy who will rarely if ever lose you a week.
Draft Engine
Draft Engine
Woods enjoyed the most productive season of his six-year NFL career in 2018, setting career-high marks in receptions, receiving yards and touchdowns. While he reached 90 receptions last season for the first time in his career, his production slipped in the yardage and scoring departments. His two receptions on plays run inside the 10-yard line ranked fifth on the Rams in '19.After posting the lowest yards-per-catch average of his career in 2018, Diggs set career-high marks of 1,130 yards and 17.9 yards per catch while averaging more than 75 receiving yards per game for the first time in his five NFL seasons. Acquired by the Bills in March in exchange for 2020 first-, fifth- and sixth-round picks and a '21 fourth-round pick, Diggs will be Buffalo's top receiving option.
John Hesterman
Dynasty League Football
Annually undervalued, Robert Woods represents a high target floor, solid and consistent production, and we should all be expecting more than the pair of receiving touchdowns he managed last season. The Rams moving to more 12-Personnel ensures he is not leaving the field despite the package. Woods has a WR2 fllor with WR1 upside.
Ben Wasley
The Fantasy First Down
I've been on the Robert Woods hype train all off-season and it seems to finally be gaining momentum. He finished WR17 despite only scoring 2 TDs and a couple of very poor games plus a mid-season injury. TD regression should happen though that's never been his strength and for that reason, he's a great PPR option and a solid option in other modes given his late fourth-round cost.Stefon Diggs had a 2019 that was totally out of character, gaining career-high yards on his lowest target share since his debut season. His efficiency went through the roof while he received under a third of his red zone targets. Now things get even more complicated with his move to the Buffalo Bills. Will he perform like John Brown in 2019 or will they poach each other's points? My greatest concern is his weekly floor in this run-first offence paired with a stingy defense. He'll have some big games and is a strong Best Ball target but I believe his overall ceiling is severely capped at WR2.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
Despite scoring just two touchdowns last year, Woods was able to finish as the No. 17 wide receiver. Why do we continually doubt that his production will continue? Under Sean McVay, he's been a WR2 or better in 21-of-43 games, which is the same as Tyreek Hill. He may not have the upside that Hill does, but as a WR2 on your team, he's gold.Going from Kirk Cousins to Josh Allen isn't going to be a highlight of Diggs' career, as Cousins has continually been one of the better deep-ball passers, while Allen was among the worst in 2019. Diggs actually led the league in yardage on passes that traveled over 20 yards in the air last year. The Bills are still a run-first team that has a top-tier defense, so it's hard to expect a big jump in pass attempts. They targeted their wide receivers 310 times last year, which was a lot for a team that threw the ball just 513 times. The 60.4 percent target share was the fourth-highest mark in the league. So, again, it's tough to say there will be more to go around. Knowing that John Brown was fantastic last year (115 targets), as was Cole Beasley (104 targets), it's tough to take targets away from them, but we have to start taking them from someone because you don't trade for someone like Diggs and not target him. Still, giving him even 115 targets might be too generous, as it'd completely crush the value of Brown, who already has experience with the quarterback/offense. Realistically, I have Diggs down for 111 targets in my projections. When tied to Allen's inconsistencies, that is a WR3 in fantasy who can get into WR2 territory at year's end, similarly to the way Brown did last year. Diggs is probably a top-eight wide receiver in the league, but you need to targets to move up the boards in fantasy football. I'd be happy landing him as my WR3, but that's about it.
Frank Bonincontri

The volume is there, the departure of Brandin Cooks helps, hoping there can be more TD's for 2020
Rob Wilson
The Fantasy Footballers
Woods is the model of consistency, has remained in the 5th forever. Won't win you many weeks, but if he plays in most offensive packages the Ying to Cooper Kupp's Yang, he has WR2 potential with ease.Avoid a receiver changing teams, especially one projecting to lose work.
Elliot Berkovits
Packer Report
Robert Woods is the definition of consistency. Week in and week out you know what you're getting from Woods and fantasy football that's an incredibly valuable trait. He may not have WR1 upside, but you won't find a better WR2.Stefon Diggs is now a member of the Buffalo Bills and in regards to fantasy, I don't love it. Josh Allen may have a strong arm, but it's not all that accurate. Expect to see a handful of huge games from Diggs along with some duds. I'd rather have him as a flex option than a weekly starter.
Michael Petropoulos
BRoto Fantasy
Woods is the most underappreciated WR year in and year out. He is the Rams WR1.
Dan Harris
FantasyPros
There is a pretty big disconnect between what the average fantasy football player thinks about Woods and what the expert consensus thinks about him, with the latter being significantly higher. Woods scored just three touchdowns last year but there is bound to be positive regression, and he's seen at least 130 targets in each of the last two years. With Brandin Cooks gone, and with how Woods came on toward the second half of the season, he's much closer to a WR1 than fantasy managers are giving him credit for.

Woods is the most underrated WR1 in the league this offseason. He's basically guaranteed to go at least 85/1100/5, has more upside than that with the departure of Cooks, never steps off the field no matter what personnel the Rams decide to use (the same can not be said for Kupp), and will likely score more TDs this season as Jared Goff had SEVEN different passing plays end up at the one-yard line last season. I will have Woods on all of my teams at his current ADP.

Over the back half of 2019, Woods was a WR1 and gave you some huge performances. This offense doesn't appear set to change from what was working for them at the end of last season, which indicates that Woods is in line for another huge season. Calvin Ridley may be the best overall value in redraft AP right now, but Woods is a close second.Diggs didn't exactly land in the best offense for fantasy football purposes. This is a team that's built through the run game and solid defense, which doesn't lead to an insane amount of passing volume. Diggs should be the leader on this team from a targets perspective, but it may not lead to being anything more than a consistent WR2. John Brown and Cole Beasley are still going to remain involved and they'll effectively limit Diggs' overall ceiling.

Robert Woods finished as the WR14 in PPR leagues last year with 140 targets /90 rec /1134 yards/2 TDs. With no Cooks and positive TD regression, Woods may be in for his first top-10 season of his career. He had just 2 TDs on 90 receptions which made him WR14 in 2019. Woods has also avg'd 18 carries / 136 yards / 1 TD the past two years. @amazehayes_ Woods has caught at least 85 balls, gone over 1,100 yards, and has seen 130+ targets in back-to-back seasons. @grahamBarfieldSince 2009, only 26.0% of WRs to average 10+ PPG and then change teams have improved their PPG in the following season. Change the PPG threshold to 12 and that number drops to 20.9%. At 15 it's 0.0%. Last year Stefon Diggs avg 14.1 ppg @JackMiller02

Became 1 of just 5 WRs in NFL history to catch 90 passes with 2 TD catches or less in 2019 - heavy target share, plus TD regression offers backend WR1 upside

Has quietly led the team in targets back to back years. PPG Rank(minimum of 10 games) 2019 - 18th 2018 - 15th 2017 - 17thHad the lowest target count since his rookie year but the play action did wonders for his Yards per catch. 4 more yards per catch than his second best season. Team was 9th in play action attempts in 2019. Are the lack of targets a concern when Thielen only played 10 games though? Diggs sure thinks so. Led the league in yardage(635) from deep passes in 2019. Josh Allen - The most inaccurate starting QB on deep balls in 2019(30.9% accuracy). John Brown finished as WR15 last year..

Woods was solid with 1,249 yards from scrimmage, but he had only 3 touchdowns. He is a WR3 with his nice yardage totals, but he does not score enough touchdowns to be in the WR2 discussion. The Vikings were 30th in pass attempts, which is a big reason why Diggs had only 68 receptions, 1,191 yards, and six touchdowns. He moves to another run-oriented offense, where he should be a mid-range WR2.
