With Eddie Lacy in the fold, Rawls' value takes a big hit. I like Lacy more than Rawls and will draft accordingly.Miller will be the lead back in Houston, and Foreman has had trouble with conditioning and a run in with the police already.

Rawls burst onto the scene in a big way at the end of 2015. However, like Icarus, he flew too close to the sun and plummeted to earth. Rawls' late 2015 injury affected him throughout 2016, and now here we are, ranking him at nimber 58 out of 60. There is real upside here, but it would have to come in the form of straight up outplaying Eddie Lacy, an Eddie Lacy Injury, or barring either of those, Eddie Lacy getting indigestion or an asthma attack or something..

Breaking Football
Off field issues have hurt his stock and he's likely 3rd to start the year
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
The Seahawks added Lacy and they do have Prosise sniffing around for touches too, but the Seahawks appear committed to still get the ball in Rawls' hands too. With that being said, his ceiling is limited and he shouldn't be start-worthy many weeks because of the abysmal Seahawks' offensive line.
Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
Without an O-line Rawls is a bust candidate and now they have Lacy signed so neither of them should have much value. He could end up with 30-40% of the RB touches, Miller is not a bell-cow back. Big news of D'Onta Foreman's arrest came on Sunday (7/16) and because everyone is in front of their computers the news splashed Twitter into a frenzy. The gun he had was legal, his passenger is taking the fall for the weed. If he's clean on the piss test, absolutely nothing happens, maybe a 1-2 game suspension at most. He does take a hit in dynasty if he fails the drug test, buy low. https://twitter.com/BDavisAAS/status/886658866867515393

Rawls was a disappointment last season due to injuries and poor play. The addition of Lacy in Seattle makes it difficult for Rawls to have any real Fantasy value. Auction Value $4 Many like the rookie Foreman to split carries with Lamar Miller this season, and he is a player to watch in training camp. Auction Value $2
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
After averaging 5.6 yards per carry in his rookie season, Rawls just didn't look the same returning from his ankle surgery, averaging just 3.2 yards per carry. He's someone who continually works his way up my draft board, as he is reportedly looking more and more like his 2015-self. If that's the case, he could be one of the steals at the end of drafts. Landing behind Lamar Miller may have been the best thing for someone like Foreman, as Miller seems to be a player who is best suited for a timeshare. Foreman is also a bigger back who could see goal-line duties right away, as Miller was one of just two running backs to score fewer than six rushing touchdowns with at least 215 carries (Frank Gore was the other).
