With Eddie Lacy in the fold, Rawls' value takes a big hit. I like Lacy more than Rawls and will draft accordingly.Hill is a plodder who can be worthwhile with enough touches, especially at the goal line, so he has some value in standard leagues, but I'm down on him coming into the 2017 season. Joe Mixon has the ability to win the every-down job this season, and he should if healthy.

5th Down Fantasy
Was running with the ones over Lacy during the preseason opener. Hard to believe still only 24 years old; 3.7 YPC over last two seasons; should still see fair share of goal line carries.

Rawls burst onto the scene in a big way at the end of 2015. However, like Icarus, he flew too close to the sun and plummeted to earth. Rawls' late 2015 injury affected him throughout 2016, and now here we are, ranking him at nimber 58 out of 60. There is real upside here, but it would have to come in the form of straight up outplaying Eddie Lacy, an Eddie Lacy Injury, or barring either of those, Eddie Lacy getting indigestion or an asthma attack or something..Hill is the nominal lead back for two-down duties to kick off the season in Cincinnati. However, he's been largely ineffective and with the arrival of rookie phenom Joe Mixon, most analysts believe Hill will not be starting by the end of the year.

He could still be the starter and end up hogging goal line work, keep an eye on this RB depth chart
Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
Hill had only 839 yards rushing and 174 yards receiving, but he did have 9 rushing touchdowns, which does give him flex consideration. He may open the season as the starter, but he will be in a RBBC and he could lose some of those touches and touchdowns to rookie RB Joe Mixon.
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
The Seahawks added Lacy and they do have Prosise sniffing around for touches too, but the Seahawks appear committed to still get the ball in Rawls' hands too. With that being said, his ceiling is limited and he shouldn't be start-worthy many weeks because of the abysmal Seahawks' offensive line.Like him as a runner or not, he is a certified touchdown vulture. Mixon is now in play and expected to get the brunt of the work, while Bernard lingers as the more talented back, but Hill will still get his hands on the ball and sneak into the end zone enough times to be worthy of a roster spot.

Rawls was a disappointment last season due to injuries and poor play. The addition of Lacy in Seattle makes it difficult for Rawls to have any real Fantasy value. Auction Value $4 Back to back season of fewer than four yards per carry and the arrival of Joe Mixon spell trouble for Hill. Auction Value $1
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
After averaging 5.6 yards per carry in his rookie season, Rawls just didn't look the same returning from his ankle surgery, averaging just 3.2 yards per carry. He's someone who continually works his way up my draft board, as he is reportedly looking more and more like his 2015-self. If that's the case, he could be one of the steals at the end of drafts. After averaging 5.1 yards per carry in an impressive rookie campaign, Hill never regained that form, averaging just 3.67 yards per carry over the last two seasons. When looking at small sample sizes, things get dicey, but Hill has had plenty of time to showcase his abilities, as he garnered 222 carries in 2016 and 223 carries in 2015. Joe Mixon will come in and steal a lot of work right away, though Hill may still get a majority of the goal-line work, as he's scored 29 rushing touchdowns over the last three years, which is tied for the most in the NFL over that span.
Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
Without an O-line Rawls is a bust candidate and now they have Lacy signed so neither of them should have much value. He was a bust in 33% of his games, and Cincinnati lost their LT & RG in free agency, Hill is doomed. Especially after they drafted Mixon.
