FantasyPros
While some will try to make the argument for Kelce over Rob Gronkowski, I won't be one of them, simply because the Chiefs now have an abundance of offensive weapons that are going to need touches. They signed Sammy Watkins for nearly $50 million, which tells you how much they wanted him, and Tyreek Hill has remained as efficient as ever, so it's hard to argue that you should take targets away from him. Ultimately, I still love Kelce as an asset, but he's lost some of the upside he presented in 2017, which still had him finish eight points behind Gronkowski... and he played one more game than Gronkowski did, too. The change in quarterback may not be a downgrade, but don't call it an upgrade. This is an interesting case, because we just saw the Packers sign a big-name free agent last year who was a massive letdown, but things have changed since that time. The biggest boost for Graham is the fact that Jordy Nelson is gone, as he was Aaron Rodgers' go-to target in the red zone, a job that can quickly become Graham's. He's not going to be the tight end who racks up 50-plus yards per game like Gronk, Kelce, or Ertz, but his touchdown numbers should be right in line with theirs. The concern with Graham is that he's going to turn 32 years old this year and showed signs of decline with an elite quarterback last year, as he failed to record more than 72 yards in any one game. He's going to be incredibly touchdown-dependent.

QB List
Kelce, unlike Gronk, has been a beacon of health over the last four seasons. However, Gronk has the reliability of a quarterback like Tom Brady, whereas Kelce will be relying on Patrick Mahomes and his one career start. Alex Smith, love him or hate him, was very very good last season. Mahomes is likely going to represent a step backward, which makes for caution around Kelce. Still, his body of work is elite enough that he's a top three tight end unless Johnny Manziel is his QB.On one hand, Jimmy Graham joining a Packers team that lost primary red zone target Jordy Nelson is a great thing. After all, Graham is a notorious red zone aficianado, having hauled in 10 touchdowns last year in a Seattle offense that seems to think using a tight end is as offensive as drinking Folger's coffee. However, Green Bay has seen high-profile tight ends come in and bust before, and I'd be wary about expecting Graham to return anywhere near his elite levels in New Orleans. I think he's probably more of a 700 yard, 6-7 touchdown kind of guy. That's not bad at the tight end spot, but not worth breaking the bank for either.
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
Not only has Kelce missed just one game in four seasons, but he also has more yards than Gronk in that time. The reason I do not have him over Ertz is that I am of the party who believes Pat Mahomes is a major step back from Alex Smith. Last season, Smith was among the most efficient passers in the league on both deep balls and short passes. Mahomes has played one game so I'm unwilling to buy into him on the same level as an MVP candidate like Smith, and that means I'll be cautious with his assets as well.Graham may have played 16 games each of the past two seasons, but let's not be so quick to forget that he is still dealing with a significant shoulder injury that will likely linger the remainder of his career. Graham only had 520 receiving yards last season and even with Aaron Rodgers, 10 touchdowns will be tough to repeat with just a 59% catch rate and 50ish receptions.
Chet Gresham
WalterFootball
Kelce led all tight ends in fantasy points last season but will have a new quarterback and offensive coordinator for 2018. I like Patrick Mahomes quite a bit and think he could help Kelce put up even better numbers, but he's also a wild card. I won't be drafting any tight end early this season, so ADP will help dictate where my priorities lie.Graham is with the Packers now and should be in line for close to double-digit touchdowns with Aaron Rodgers throwing him the ball. I don't expect big yardage, but the touchdowns should keep Graham near the top of fantasy tight ends.
Andrew Gould
FantasyPros
After ending 2016's star-making breakout second in receptions (85) and first in receiving yards (1,125) among TEs, Kelce finished last year first in catches (83) and second in yards (1,308). He took the position's top PPR ranking each time. He's a worthy third-round pick who should go shortly after, if not before Rob Gronkowski.Graham finished a game with one yard. He went another without a catch, and that wasn't his worst performance of 2017. Yes, he compiled -1 yard in Week 15 before making his only reception (for three yards) in the end zone a following week. That alarmingly low floor would be a downside if not for his 10 scores and the opportunity to play alongside Aaron Rodgers. The duo has reportedly developed an instant rapport, which could produce another double-digit TD campaign for the 31-year-old.
Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
He's TD dependent, but I expect Rodgers to target him heavily when i the red-zone.
Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
While Kelce isn't #1, he still is an elite TE and can't be dropped out of the top 5. Due to his talent, role and upside, he remains my 1B to Gronk's 1A.Graham's athleticism isn't where it used to be but he's got Aaron Rodgers and remains a red-zone fiend. a 10+ TD season is coming, locking him into top 5 status.

Fantasy Football Maniax
Kelce may take a step back this year if the Chiefs move on from QB Alex Smith, but he is still going to see a ton of targets and he is a great red zone threat. Graham is coming off a 10-touchdown season, but he moves to Green Bay, where he should still be a solid red zone target and TE1 option playing with QB Aaron Rodgers.
