His talent is worth the price of admission, an electric jitterbug capable of taking it to the house any time the ball is in his hands - and he did that repeatedly in '16 - KC is going all-in on his talent in '17, jettisoning J. Maclin and making Hill the go-to WR - he won't sneak up on defenses this year, and he'll be limited by the limited talents of QB A. Smith, but he'll be on the field a hell of a lot more this season, and that makes the idea of owning him a lot of fun to think about
Sablich Brothers
5th Down Fantasy
HC Reid has stated he wants Hill to be targeted more; will be Smith's top WR target with Maclin gone; 12 total touchdowns on just 107 touches, added value as a rusher. Cooks is in town, but Edelman still has great rapport with Brady; risky pick overall with so many receiving options; should remain very solid PPR pick.
Chet Gresham
WalterFootball
Hill should see a boost in work with Jeremy Maclin gone. He'll need to be moved around the field and worked to get open at times, but with his freak ability and extra touches, he will be hard pressed not to be a good fantasy player.Edelman's value took a blow when Brandin Cooks was added. Cooks could beat him out for targets this year, and if Rob Gronkowski stays healthy, he will also take away a big chunk of looks.

QB List
Now that Jeremy Maclin is gone from Kansas City, Hill will be the focal point of the passing offense, and that should result in some fantasy goodness, because Hill is a freak athlete who has some of the best big play ability in the NFL. He can make big plays as a receiver and as a runner, and should get plenty of looks. Hill just has to get the ball into the open field, once he does, look out.Edelman is, without a doubt, a talented receiver, and he's in a great offense, but now with the acquisition of Brandin Cooks, Edelman is lower on the totem pole than he has been before. Both Cooks and Rob Gronkowski are going to eat into Edelman's targets. He's never been a huge guy in the red zone, so it looks as though Edelman's upside will be pretty limited this year. Still, being in a New England offense has a lot of potential.
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
Yes, Tyreek has unbelievable big play potential, but he is no longer returning kickoffs and doesn't seem built for a true WR1 role in an offense so it will take another season filled with huge plays to make him a top 20 WR.Edelman has been a points per game warrior in fantasy football, but unfortunately, he isn't on the field enough to warrant grabbing him at his current ADP, especially with all of the weapons the Patriots have.
Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Can he be a stud WR1? I'm not sure, but his role should be massive so we probably need to consider the upside hereEdelman's value jumps in PPR but he doesn't score much and insert Cooks.

Hill's production is hard to predict but his 12 total touchdowns are hard to ignore. Roster construction is key when drafting Hill. Auction Value $14Edelman had a quiet 98 receptions in 2016 to go along with a meager three touchdowns. The catch totals will go down with Cooks in the offense. Auction Value $13
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
I can understand moving Hill up your list if you draft on upside alone, though I'm expecting massive regression with Hill. Not only did he score three special teams touchdowns, but he also scored nine rushing/receiving touchdowns on just 85 offensive touches (one every 9.4 touches). No receiver with more than 45 receptions scored a touchdown more than one every 10.1 targets in 2016, and that was Davante Adams who catches passes from Aaron Rodgers. Outside of Packers receivers, the next highest was Anquan Boldin at one every 11.9 targets. Hill is still catching passes from Alex Smith the last I checked, so I'm not betting on his crazy touchdown per touch ratio happening again. When the Patriots traded for Brandin Cooks, I was legitimately concerned about Edelman's role going forward. That was until they extended him for another two years. You can't expect anywhere near the 9.7 targets per game that he's seen over the last four years, but he's obviously part of their plans. He was never a touchdown scorer, so it's hard to rely on him as anything more than a low-upside WR3.
Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
Hill has a ton of big-play ability and he is probably the fastest player in the NFL. I would expect him to build on a rookie campaign that saw him finish with 860 yards from scrimmage and 9 rushing / receiving touchdowns. He will be the featured receiver with the Chiefs deciding to move on from WR Jeremy Maclin.
Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
Andy Reid says he'll be getting twice as many snaps as last year so I might be way undervaluing him. Now that Maclin is cut I see where he's going to get the extra targets. He's a better NFL receiver than fantasy, with so many options on this team the fantasy points will be spread around. With Gillislee, Burkhead, and the other backs crushing it on the goaline Edelman isn't getting the targets and TD's he was back in 2015.
