FantasyPros
Yes, Tyreek has unbelievable big play potential, but he is no longer returning kickoffs and doesn't seem built for a true WR1 role in an offense so it will take another season filled with huge plays to make him a top 20 WR. Plus, he has looked awful this preseason.Last year's receptions leader is among the safest plays in the draft and has outperformed Demaryius Thomas each of the past two seasons. He finished slowly to close the season, but part of that was because he was being double covered so often with John Brown injured.
Brandon Funston
Fantasy Spin
His talent is worth the price of admission, an electric jitterbug capable of taking it to the house any time the ball is in his hands - and he did that repeatedly in '16 - KC is going all-in on his talent in '17, jettisoning J. Maclin and making Hill the go-to WR - he won't sneak up on defenses this year, and he'll be limited by the limited talents of QB A. Smith, but he'll be on the field a hell of a lot more this season, and that makes the idea of owning him a lot of fun to think aboutThere's just no way to beat Father Time, which is to say you can't argue the fact that Fitz's physical skills have diminished considerably since his prime - but he has a mental and muscle memory advantage over any DB he lines up against, and with little other established options in the ARI passing game, Fitz looks very likely to at least repeat his WR 17 fantasy numbers from '16 (107/1023/6)
Sablich Brothers
5th Down Fantasy
HC Reid has stated he wants Hill to be targeted more; will be Smith's top WR target with Maclin gone; 12 total touchdowns on just 107 touches, added value as a rusher. Amazingly led NFL in receiving yards in 2016; has 100 receptions in each of last two seasons; efficiency fell off a cliff in his age 33 season, 9.6 YPC (40th), 6.8 YPT (35th); should remain top red-zone target.

WalterFootball
Hill should see a boost in work with Jeremy Maclin gone. He'll need to be moved around the field and worked to get open at times, but with his freak ability and extra touches, he will be hard pressed not to be a good fantasy player.Fitzgerald is coming back for another year and should again be the reception leader for the Cardinals. He still is the No. 1 red-zone target, so touchdowns will be available. My main concern is Carson Palmer more than Fitzgerald's age.
Staff Rankings
QB List
Now that Jeremy Maclin is gone from Kansas City, Hill will be the focal point of the passing offense, and that should result in some fantasy goodness, because Hill is a freak athlete who has some of the best big play ability in the NFL. He can make big plays as a receiver and as a runner, and should get plenty of looks. Hill just has to get the ball into the open field, once he does, look out.Back to back 1,000 yard seasons for Fitzgerald for the first time since 2010 and 2011, and honestly I'm not all that concerned about his age. He and David Johnson are the focal points of the Cardinals offense, and my main concern is more Carson Palmer than anything. If Palmer can stay healthy, he's got the ability to get Fitzgerald the ball a lot and that could make Fitz a very meaningful fantasy asset. If you told me today that Palmer was healthy all year, I'd consider him a top-20 receiver, but Palmer's health is far from a guarantee.

Breaking Football
Can he be a stud WR1? I'm not sure, but his role should be massive so we probably need to consider the upside here

Hill's production is hard to predict but his 12 total touchdowns are hard to ignore. Roster construction is key when drafting Hill. Auction Value $14The Cardinals' offense revolves around Larry Fitzgerald and David Johnson, Carson Palmer can still get the ball to last season's reception leader. Auction Value $ 19
Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
Hill has a ton of big-play ability and he is probably the fastest player in the NFL. I would expect him to build on a rookie campaign that saw him finish with 860 yards from scrimmage and 9 rushing / receiving touchdowns. He will be the featured receiver with the Chiefs deciding to move on from WR Jeremy Maclin.
Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
Andy Reid says he'll be getting twice as many snaps as last year so I might be way undervaluing him. Now that Maclin is cut I see where he's going to get the extra targets. He'll be real good for 6-8 weeks then sell him.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
I can understand moving Hill up your list if you draft on upside alone, though I'm expecting massive regression with Hill. Not only did he score three special teams touchdowns, but he also scored nine rushing/receiving touchdowns on just 85 offensive touches (one every 9.4 touches). No receiver with more than 45 receptions scored a touchdown more than one every 10.1 targets in 2016, and that was Davante Adams who catches passes from Aaron Rodgers. Outside of Packers receivers, the next highest was Anquan Boldin at one every 11.9 targets. Hill is still catching passes from Alex Smith the last I checked, so I'm not betting on his crazy touchdown per touch ratio happening again.Entering what is likely his last NFL season, Fitzgerald has now put up back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons with Carson Palmer behind center. They added Chad Williams via the draft, but he needs time to develop. The only competition he has for targets over the middle of the field is David Johnson. Fitzgerald was also sixth in redzone targets last year with 23 of them.
