FantasyPros
When Bryant hs been on the field over the past few years, we have seen flashes of an excellent young wide receiver. With that being said, he will never be more than the #3 option in this offense so his upside will be limited by opportunity.Yes, Tyreek has unbelievable big play potential, but he is no longer returning kickoffs and doesn't seem built for a true WR1 role in an offense so it will take another season filled with huge plays to make him a top 20 WR. Plus, he has looked awful this preseason.
Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
Bryant has a ton of physical ability, but he has been away from football for a year due to a substance abuse policy violation and he is a bad decision away from being suspended again.Hill has a ton of big-play ability and he is probably the fastest player in the NFL. I would expect him to build on a rookie campaign that saw him finish with 860 yards from scrimmage and 9 rushing / receiving touchdowns. He will be the featured receiver with the Chiefs deciding to move on from WR Jeremy Maclin.
Brandon Funston
Fantasy Spin
His talent is worth the price of admission, an electric jitterbug capable of taking it to the house any time the ball is in his hands - and he did that repeatedly in '16 - KC is going all-in on his talent in '17, jettisoning J. Maclin and making Hill the go-to WR - he won't sneak up on defenses this year, and he'll be limited by the limited talents of QB A. Smith, but he'll be on the field a hell of a lot more this season, and that makes the idea of owning him a lot of fun to think about
Chet Gresham
WalterFootball
Bryant has been reinstated and is saying all the right things. I wouldn't worry too much about his status for this season. Add in the fact that the Steelers cut Ladarius Green, and Bryant is the no-doubt deep play receiver on this team, while at the same time used in the red zone due to his size. His upside is great this year.Hill should see a boost in work with Jeremy Maclin gone. He'll need to be moved around the field and worked to get open at times, but with his freak ability and extra touches, he will be hard pressed not to be a good fantasy player.
Sablich Brothers
5th Down Fantasy
Back practicing in full but still not 100 percent cleared for play, though it seems likely; big and fast, has 10 career catches of 40-plus yards and 14 TDs on 141 targets.HC Reid has stated he wants Hill to be targeted more; will be Smith's top WR target with Maclin gone; 12 total touchdowns on just 107 touches, added value as a rusher.
Staff Rankings
QB List
Bryant is back in the NFL and he seems to be doing the right things as of now. The guy is supremely talented and could be a WR2, but does anyone really trust him? I mean, one false move and he's done, he's got a short leash. There's plenty of risk built in, but the reward is pretty tantalizing. Now that Jeremy Maclin is gone from Kansas City, Hill will be the focal point of the passing offense, and that should result in some fantasy goodness, because Hill is a freak athlete who has some of the best big play ability in the NFL. He can make big plays as a receiver and as a runner, and should get plenty of looks. Hill just has to get the ball into the open field, once he does, look out.
Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Bryant could be a top 10 fantasy WR, but who can actually trust him?Can he be a stud WR1? I'm not sure, but his role should be massive so we probably need to consider the upside here

Bryant, now reinstated, has a lot of work to do to regain Fantasy owners' trust. Bryant has yet to play a full season of16 games and if he does, double -digit touchdowns are well within reach. Auction Value $19 Hill's production is hard to predict but his 12 total touchdowns are hard to ignore. Roster construction is key when drafting Hill. Auction Value $14
Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
Week to week I could see him being ranked in the top 10 consistently, but one false move and he's literally done forever.Andy Reid says he'll be getting twice as many snaps as last year so I might be way undervaluing him. Now that Maclin is cut I see where he's going to get the extra targets.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
Don't sleep on how good Bryant was when on the field, as eight of his 21 career games have netted 14 or more standard fantasy points, including four of them with 20 or more. The Steelers just cut Ladarius Green, freeing up even more targets than initially thought.I can understand moving Hill up your list if you draft on upside alone, though I'm expecting massive regression with Hill. Not only did he score three special teams touchdowns, but he also scored nine rushing/receiving touchdowns on just 85 offensive touches (one every 9.4 touches). No receiver with more than 45 receptions scored a touchdown more than one every 10.1 targets in 2016, and that was Davante Adams who catches passes from Aaron Rodgers. Outside of Packers receivers, the next highest was Anquan Boldin at one every 11.9 targets. Hill is still catching passes from Alex Smith the last I checked, so I'm not betting on his crazy touchdown per touch ratio happening again.
