Doug Martin will be INACTIVE for Week 17

Fantasy Impact:
Martin, who was a healthy scratch for Week 16, will not play in Sunday's season finale against Carolina. He clearly fell out of favor with Head Coach Dirk Koetter in 2016 as he struggled to remain healthy and produce while on the field. In eight games this season, Martin received 144 rushing attempts for 421 yards and three touchdowns - averaging a meager 2.9 YPC. Jacquizz Rodgers and Charles Sims will handle the running back duties in Martin's Week 17 absence.
