Ryan Mathews placed on IR

The Philadelphia Eagles placed running back Ryan Mathews (neck) on the injured reserve list Tuesday. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
After a year filled with injuries, Mathews was placed on IR Tuesday with his latest ailment - a herniated disc in his neck - ending his season. He'll finish 2016 with 776 total yards and nine touchdowns in 13 games played. His future with the Eagles is in question entering the 2017 offseason.
