NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Dallas Cowboys running back Darren McFadden will garner the bulk of the workload at running back in Week 17. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Despite the Cowboys electing to play their starters in the season finale against the Eagles, it is not expected to be for long. Reports indicate that McFadden will garner the "majority" of the workload at running back over Ezekiel Elliott as the team has nothing left to play for in the regular season - Dallas locked up home field advantage throughout the postseason entering Week 16. McFadden is a boom or bust RB2/flex option for Week 17 facing an Eagles defense that is stout at home.
