Spencer Ware scores against the Steelers

Spencer Ware punched in a touchdown against the Steelers on Sunday night, but he carried the ball just eight times for 35 yards.
Fantasy Impact:
The Chiefs clearly came out with a gameplan that called for throwing the ball, as they threw 35 passes against just 14 runs. As a result, Ware only received 10 total touches on the night and only contributed 36 total yards. Ware did have some success on the ground when given the chance, as his 4.4 YPC average indicates, but the Chiefs obviously did not feel like they could have sustained success on the ground. Ware heads into the offseason atop the running back depth chart in Kansas City, but the health and contract situation of Jamaal Charles will be worth monitoring in the offseason.
