Geronimo Allison expected to play Sunday at Atlanta

by Anthony Cervino | Thu, Jan 19th 4:02pm EST

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport expects Green Bay Packers wide receiver Geronimo Allison (hamstring) "to be ready" to play in Sunday's NFC Championship Game against the Atlanta Falcons. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Allison, who is nursing a hamstring injury suffered in last Sunday's win at Dallas, is the third Packers wideout sidelined at practice this week. Similar to Jordy Nelson and Davante Adams, Allison is expected to be held out of practice for the remainder of the week until Saturday, where he will attempt to test his hamstring. Green Bay desperately needs all of their weapons at, or as close to full strength as possible to keep up with Atlanta's high-octane offense to give them a realistic chance to advance to the Suer Bowl.
