Washington Redskins running back Rob Kelley (knee) underwent minor surgery on his right knee shortly after the conclusion of the regular season. Redskins beat writer Brian McNally reports Kelley is "already back working out" and that the surgery "won't impact his offseason." (Brian McNally on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Kelley underwent minor surgery to repair a lingering injury to his right knee sustained during the regular season. The big-bodied running back, who emerged as Washington's starter in Week 8, will likely maintain that role in 2017. Playing in 14 games, he rushed for 704 yards on 168 carries and seven total touchdowns (one receiving) in 2016 and could become a 1,000-yard rusher in his second year in the offense.
