Tevin Coleman to avoid surgery

Atlanta Falcons head coach Dan Quinn told the media running back Tevin Coleman (ankle) does not need offseason surgery to repair his ankle. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Coleman, who was spotted in a walking boot after Super Bowl LI, will avoid offseason ankle surgery. He sustained the injury in the fourth quarter of last Sunday's loss to the Patriots. Barring a setback, he will be good to go for offseason workouts.
