Fantasy Impact:
The Browns are beginning to clean house. They cut ties with Williams and Josh McCown on Tuesday -- two veterans on the wrong side of 30. Williams appeared in 12 games in 2016, accumulating 36 total tackles, one interception and five defended passes while playing at both cornerback and safety. His ability to play both positions in the defensive backfield could hep him find a job for the 2017 campaign.
