Dallas Cowboys linebacker Jaylon Smith (knee) posted a video of himself changing direction 13 months removed from knee surgery. (ESPN)

Smith, who spent the entire 2016 campaign on the non-football injury list, is poised to make his NFL debut in the 2017 season opener. During his rehab, he's posted videos of himself on social media showcasing his progress and appears to be on track to be available for organized team activities in the spring. If Smith's damaged nerve regenerates, he could possibly return to the form that he showed at Notre Dame, which garnered him top five draft potential before suffering the injury.
