Navorro Bowman expected to be ready for start of 2017

San Francisco 49ers beat writer Matt Barrows believes linebacker Navorro Bowman (Achilles) will be ready for the start of the 2017 regular season. (The Sacramento Bee)
Fantasy Impact:
After suffering a torn Achilles in Week 4, the 49ers placed Bowman on IR, ending his season. Bowman, who is viewed as one of San Francisco's top defensive weapons, could tremendously help a 49ers team that finished the 2016 season ranked dead last in total defense. Although he is expected to be sidelined for the bulk of the team's offseason workouts, Bowman is presumably on track for Week 1, barring a setback.
