After a down year for Kizer and Notre Dame in 2016, Kizer was still one of seven selected to participate in the camp. When speaking about Kizer, Gruden said that he "has perhaps the biggest arm in this draft". Whether or not you believe Kizer's ability to translate his skills and big arm to the next level, this camp will give Kizer the opportunity to demonstrate his abilities, for better or for worse. Either way, look for Kizer's draft stock to fluctuate based on his camp performance.
