Fantasy Impact:
The Rams tagged Johnson for the second straight year Wednesday. With a guaranteed salary that will exceed $16 million for 2017, the 27-year-old is now the highest paid cornerback in the NFL. The Rams have until July 15 to hammer out a long-term deal with Johnson, otherwise, he will have to play out the upcoming season under the tender.
