Brandon Marshall signs two-year deal with the Giants

Newsday Sports is reporting that Brandon Marshall and the Giants have agreed on a two-year deal. (Newsday Sports on Twitter)

The details aren't known quite yet, but this is what was expected all along. Marshall wanted to remain in New York for his obligations in media. His catch rate of 46.1 percent was easily the worst of his career, and you have to wonder if he's reached the end of what's been a great career. We've witnessed Roddy White and Andre Johnson most recently hit that point in their careers. If there is anything left in the tank, Marshall often has the honeymoon phase in his first year with a new team.
