DeSean Jackson most likely headed to Tamp Bay

Free-agent WR DeSean Jackson seems to be headed to Tampa based on reports. The Redskins are hopeful that they can change his mind. Not 100% yet. (Jason La Canfora on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
DeSean Jackson had never played a full year in Washington so the change might be good. With Evans as the WR1 in Tampa Jackson would have the ability to open the field with is speed and very possibly in one-on-one coverage. If you get bonus points for long-distance catches this would be the year to draft Jackson. With Winston at the helm, Evans as the first wide receiver, Jackson is being set up for a career year if in Tampa.
