NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting the Cleveland Browns are "planning on cutting" newly acquired quarterback Brock Osweiler. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

It comes to no surprise that the Browns will release Osweiler and eat the dead cap money. With $98,953,328 in cap room entering free agency, the Browns have the means to make this move. Cleveland remains in the quarterback hunt this offseason.
