As expected, Daniel, and his $7 million base salary due for 2017, was released by the Eagles Monday. This roster move was fully expected, especially after Philadelphia signed Nick Foles earlier in the day. It wouldn't be shocking to see Daniel re-sign with the Chiefs, with whom he played for from 2013-2015.
