Dont'a Hightower re-signs with Patriots

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting the New England Patriots and linebacker Dont'a Hightower agreed to terms on a four-year deal worth $43.5 million that includes $19 million in guaranteed money. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Despite visiting with the Jets and Steelers, Hightower is returning to the Patriots in 2017 and moving forward. His four-year deal will tie him to the club until 2021. The five-year veteran is one of the cornerstones of New England's defense and would have been a tremendous loss if he left in free agency.
