Brock Osweiler still on the chopping block

Cleveland.com is reporting the Browns are still planning on parting ways with quarterback Brock Osweiler "whether in a trade or outright release." (Cleveland.com)

It comes to no surprise that the Browns maintain their stand on Osweiler. He is on the chopping block. Whether it's via trade or release, the 26-year-old signal caller is fully expected to be moved this offseason. The Browns, who are expected to address the quarterback position in the draft, currently have Cody Kessler slated as the Week 1 starter for the upcoming season.
