C.J. Anderson 'ready' for OTAs

by Anthony Cervino | Mon, Apr 10th 5:40pm EDT

Denver Broncos head coach Vance Joseph told the media running back C.J. Anderson (meniscus) will be "fully ready to go [on] the first day of OTAs." (Mike Klis on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Anderson, who only played in seven games last season due to a torn meniscus, is on track to be ready for the start of OTAs. The 26-year-old running back is fully expected to open the 2017 season as the No. 1 rusher on Denver's depth chart and should expect his usual workload if his health remains intact. However, should he struggle as he is accustomed to doing as the year progresses, Devontae Booker could begin to eat into Anderson's touches sooner rather than later.
