Marshawn Lynch, Raiders not yet reach a deal

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting that contrary to reports from earlier in the day, the Oakland Raiders and retired Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch have not yet come to parameters on a deal. However, the network insider believes the "optimism" is there and a deal is "expected to happen." (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It appears that an agreement between the Raiders and Lynch has not yet come to fruition despite reports earlier in the day via NFL Network's Mike Silver stating otherwise. However, Lynch is fully expected to become a member of the Raiders sooner rather than later. Once a deal is agreed upon between the aforementioned parties, the Raiders would then have to negotiate a trade with the Seahawks, who still own the rights to Lynch, to acquire his services.
