Pro Football Talk is reporting New Orleans Saints wide receiver Willie Snead is in attendance at the start of the team's offseason program. (Pro Football Talk)

Fantasy Impact:

Snead will participate in the Saints' offseason program despite being an unsigned free agent. The 24-year-old wideout, who was placed with the exclusive rights tender in March by New Orleans, has yet to sign it as he is hoping to receive a new deal that includes a raise. Currently, Snead is due $615,000 on the one-year tender --if he indeed signs it-- but he could elect to hold out. He's massively outperformed his salary in his first two years in the league totaling 141 receptions for 1879 yards and seven touchdowns in 30 games. Expect Snead to be on the field in 2017 whether or not he receives a new deal. He'll likely sign the tender as training camp approaches.
