Mulugheta is Charles' agent and posted a rehab video of his client working out on Monday. In the caption, Mulugheta wrote: "With Jamal Charles, it's not a matter of 'IF' but a matter of 'WHEN!'" Accompanied by the Twitter hashtag, "comeback season." In the video, Charles is performing drills on his surgically repaired knee. It appears that the 30-year-old running back, who has garnered minimal interest on the free agent market, is not considering retirement and will play in 2017 -- if he finds a willing suitor.
