Joe Mixon selected by Cincinnati Bengals with No. 48 pick

The Bengals have selected running back Joe Mixon with the No. 48 overall pick in the NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact:
This move has major fantasy implications, as Mixon's talent has never been in question. He's a true three-down back who I've given comparisons to a poor man's Le'Veon Bell. The only way to overcome the negative media storm that is coming the Bengals way is to put him on the field and let his play do the talking. If Mixon is indeed pronounced the starter, he's a low-end RB2/high-end flex player because Jeremy Hill and Gio Bernard aren't going to just disappear.
